Hotel has an older crowd but it was peaceful. Breakfast and dinner were great.

Very nice hotel resort although property is quite dated. Excellent breakfast and dinning. Close to beach and nice hotel swimming pools. Plenty of parking if you have a rental car. Close to a couple of super markets.

Great hotel

This is a fabulous place to stay near palma. Suite was lovely, with a much appreciated fridge. Staff lovely too. Pools and spa were clean and inviting. Food was very well done. It surpassed all our expectations and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you.

It was our honeymoon and we sent a message before we got to the hotel but nothing was ready for us. The lady said that she gave us an upgrade but the room was at the end of the hotel and had no view except on trash and empty land. We couldn't get any reservation for the restaurant every time i go check with front desk they say its full. Not even a message in our room or anything special for our honey moon. Thank you for the bad experience

Not a user friendly property .

We only stayed one night in a junior suite it was very basic white box and had no toiletries at all which I didn’t expect The bed was two singles separate beds separate duvets and was not comfortable The hotel is huge sterile and it did its purpose for one night wouldn’t stay again The hotel was very clean that was a positive it felt odd as you walk for a long time in windowless corridors to the rooms Not our type of accommodation was a one off tripnfor a holiday it’s blandness is not one for me

Breakfast

Property was lovely, the entire stay was really good and we didn’t want to leave. The spa facilities are actually quite impressive and entertainment (singer and guitarist) were really good. The atmosphere was lovely and the entire place literally smelt so good! Only con is that the place is a bit of a maze and we were quite far away so it took a little walking up and down to figure out best routes. But silverlining is there are enough pools that it never gets overly crowded.

The design of this hotel is pretty bad. We have to walk almost 10 minutes only from front desk to our room. They have back side reception but they close it and door is not accessible. The gym hours is 10am - 8pm which is terrible, supposed to be 6am-11pm like most other resorts. Also, cleaning lady opened the door when I was changing for no reason! Cleaning team also left a pair of dirty gloves when we are back to hotel in the evening on our second night staying. I’d definitely not coming back to this hotel. You have to open front and back access, no one wants to walk 10 minutes to front door.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, fantastic facilities and most importantly it was peaceful!

Hotel was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine though your coffee/tea was ordered through the waitress’s instead of a machine available. Short walk down to beach area with shops and restaurants. There was a handy supermarket 2mins away. 8mins in taxi from airport.

Great breakfast, room was grand. A good place for a laid back stay for a couple.

Quite, very clean

Plenty of space in the pool areas, spa and restaurant. It never felt crowded. Very quiet room. Large hotel complex, had a bit difficulty finding the room initially.

A good mid range spa hotel , nice rooms, great pools and huge spa facility with a good well equipped gym. Only ate breakfast but that was fine. 10 mins walk to the front . Would return if coming to that part of Majorca again.

Loved the stay here. The staff were awesome! Everything was great and easy. The only criticism is the staff at the Breakfast service. They were terrible.

We loved everything. Just the wifi was not working in our rooms.
