The staff were awesome and let us check in early which was a lifesaver and were lovely to chat to during our stay. Super warm rooms means dry overnight. Walkable to loads of restaurants and nature reserve etc. Would Def's stay here again

Excelente estadia! Hotel bem cuidado, limpo, muito boas instalações e café da manhã também muito bom. Fica muito próximo da principal avenida de El Calafate, com farmácia, padaria e loja de conveniência bem próximos. Restaurantes também são próximos da propriedade. Atendimento na recepção foi formidável. Recomendo a todos do hotéis.com.

Hotel pulito e in buona posizione. Tuttavia ha camere piccole, armadio piccolo, bagno completo, ma le finestre sono coperte da grate, per cui inutile aprirle. Letto comodo, ma pareti troppo sottili per cui si sente tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze. Colazione buona e abbondante con discreto assortimento. E’ del gruppo con Canal Beagle di ushuaia, per cui siamo andati tranquilli, ma la stella in meno si vede, anche se ovviamente è più economico. Servizio ottimo. Comunque per 3 notti si può consigliare

The property was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast area was lovely. The front desk staff were helpful, but there was some communication issues since we do not speak fluent Spanish, but we managed. The room temperature was a bit warm and there was no fan, and opening the window made it very noisy from the street. We enjoyed the close location to the town.

The hotel looks a bit ugly and is not in the best condition but it is more than decent and super cheap. I recommend.

We enjoyed our stayed there for its quietness and clean room with good hot shower. The hotel is located one block from main street and there are a couple of good restaurants around corner.

Es un hotel muy recomendable, buen desayuno sin ser espectacular, muy limpio y la atención excelente en particular lo atento y servicial que es Ivan quien en todo momento se mostró con una cara amigable y dispuesto a ayudar para hacer placentera la estancia

Average accommodation. Average breakfast. Gentleman on reception ( ? Ivan) was very helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to centre. Suited us fine for our short time on El Calafate.

Reasonable hotel located within walking distance of the Main Street. It is, however, old and dated. The taps did not work very well in the bathroom, for example.

Rooms clean, no Body wash. Breakfast was useless and I was charged for it even though I hadn’t requested it Useless WiFi
