Pretty much brand new hotel. Very friendly staff with small town feel.

We booked this hotel because of the hot tub. It wasn’t working. The remote to the tv wasn’t working.

Okay motel. A bit expensive. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Amazing friendly staff, family owned and operated. We sincerely appreciate comfort in and their employees accommodating our stay during such a difficult time for our family. Grateful to say the least their breakfast options are amazing and it’s a very clean hotel.!!

I liked it so much here that I won't leave less than 5 stars in any category, even though I have a few minor complaints. The parking lot doesn't seem big enough, my key cards kept deactivating, even though they were not in contact with anything that would cause that, and the area on the 2nd floor marked as having ice and vending machines no longer had those things. However, they were available on the 1st floor and I did not check the 3rd. Michael, the gentleman I assume is the manager(I didn't have my glasses to read his tag) is WONDERFUL. He is pleasant, obviously interested in taking care of guests' needs, and is very hands-on in the operation of this place. I witnessed him not only helping the staff, but also speaking to them encouragingly and with respect. Many managers treat employees as if they are beneath them. Michael encourages a team atmosphere instead, where he LEADS instead of just being the person in charge. The hotel itself appeared very clean. It smelled clean. I even snuck a peek into the kitchen area where the breakfast is prepared. The floor was spotless. I immediately felt comfortable knowing my breakfast would be prepared there the next morning. Breakfast was great. My family was impressed with the variety. It felt as if there was something for everyone to enjoy! Last but not least, every member of the hotel staff I encountered was friendly, especially the young man working the desk when we arrived. Sadly, I did not get his name.

The staff was really friendly and professional; that's the best thing can say. The building is old and has settled, so my room door stuck and one of the locks wouldn't work because of yhat The internet capability is AWFUL. I can imagine having a business mee because of that. Constant spooling or no connection. I spoke to the fronk desk guy about that, and he blamed corporate. Also, no towel racks at all! I had to put a damp towel over an upholstered chair, and that could cause mildew and mold.

All of the staff was very professional and friendly. The grounds are beautiful.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was not suitable for swimming. It was not clean and water was green, which was very disappointing for my 10 year old.

We were there for a wedding. As soon as we pulled in to unload. I got out of the car and immediately got two leg cramps. One In each leg. I M prone to these. I was hopping all over the place and drs k some juice. It helps w these , and they finally started letting up. I hobbled into the lobby and was greeted by Ms Regina and another nice lady. When they saw what was happening they offered immediate assistance. Not only did she bring out the luggage cart she helped me load it and take it to our room. My husband was with me but he had a stroke two years ago and isn’t able to help. This was our first trip since his stroke It was so nice to get away. We almost didn’t go , as money is very tight right now. But we needed it so much. When we were checking out even the cleaning lady offered to help me. I had called because I had some questions before we came and spoke to Michael. He was very helpful on the phone. But when we got there we needed help tying my husbands tie I don’t know how and Michael jumped right in and said he would even come up to the room and do it for us. Then as we were leaving I had to ask Ms Regina to help me w my dress zipper. Again right there for us. What a great crew you have at this location. We used to travel a few times a year but since this has happened we can’t afford to do it as much. Y’all have always been very “Comforting “ to us. Thank you all for making our little trip so special.

Everything was new, and clean… breakfast was amazing lots of hot food options

room was very clean and comfortable, maybe under remodel? A few things unfinished? Remote didn't work. Would still go again, very clean and comfortable.

The lobby is outdated but the rooms are nice. The elevator is ancient but works, buttons don’t respond on 1st push. The room and bathroom are nice, clean and comfortable but the bathroom had some mold in the caulk. The woman whi checked me out was very friendly and professional. Overall good stay!

Easy location for access to my son’s school nearby. I always stay here and I like it much more since the renovations. Comfortable. Friendly staff.
