We only stayed one night but it was a nice hotel

I really enjoyed the hot spring at first floor.

コインランドリーが男女それぞれの大浴場にあって、とても良かったです。

You have to understand the area you are in, and this is pretty rural Japan. So, for such an area this was a great hotel. Clean, helpful staff, very good breakfast included. And, hot bath area if that is your thing. Perfect location right by the station but super quiet. The beds are traditional Japan style so VERY firm. We enjoyed our stay!!

I appreciate simplicity. Route Inn provides the basics of what I need for accommodation and at a reasonable cost. No frills. Well-mannered staff.

A hotel you stayed and you can't remember it's best part!

Only a few yards from station, very quiet, good Japanese style breakfast, short walk to shops.v

We were surprised at how small the room was when we arrived, but believe that is just the way of things in Japan. Everything else was nice and I was amazed at how well the space was utilized. We didn't miss anything we needed. They had everything we needed there even though it was so small. They provide pajamas and slippers (both solid and disposable) to use while there as well as Q-tips, toothbrushes and several other individually packaged things that I didn't really look at. It was cleaned very nicely each day and we enjoyed the breakfast as it allowed us to try many Japanese style dishes.

Good location next to the train station. Spacious, clean, comfortable room. On-site onsen. Friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is good for Tsuruoka station, although the center of town is a little bit farther away. Perfect for a stop-over before dewa sanzan, since the busses leave nearby. The room was ok, small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good too.

A not very inviting entry to a hotel. Pleasant people. With hot bath. Restaurant in the evening was quiet. Food was ok.

There weren't many options in Tsuruoka. This place had free parking and was near the station, but there were no dining options nearby. Breakfast was decent, worth 400 yen.

This hotel has its own its own hot spring in house & free admission for guests. I like this facilities.

周りに飲食店が少ない

駅の横で便利ですが観光名所へはバスかタクシーが必須です。

駅に近くて良かったです。駐車場が先着順で遅く行ったため、無かったですが近くに提携駐車場があり、たすかりました。

次回も利用したいです
