Perfect Matterhorn view. Very comfortable bed, good sized room and bathroom. Very nice balcony seating area. Well thought out blankets on balcony chairs. Would highly recommend, especially for the view!

Our room was beautifully appointed, the staff was so efficient and very helpful with our travel needs. The hotel is further away from town than most but we like the quiet and taking the lovely walk into town was nice and we found many lovely bakeries along the way. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved our choice. Our suite was great and my oh my the view we had from our bedroom and balcony. The only thing I would say, shuttle should be free for the price of the room and also the balconies should not be shared with several suites. Apart from that loved it.

Everything about this place is perfect! Great location. Unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. Street is not as crowded but it is still close enough to everything.

Loved our stay at Hotel Albatros during our trip to Zermatt. They were super accommodating with allowing us to store our luggage in the hotel until check-in time, so that we were able to go and explore. We ended up calling them once we got to the train station to get a ride to the hotel, but after that it’s an easy walk back into the town. We had the balcony room facing the Matterhorn and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful view, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and great steam room/sauna. I would highly recommend booking here for your stay in Zermatt
