It's located in a nice place close to everything. And the people of the hotel are amazing! The service is great!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Don't be fooled by the golden colored room theme. It's a very small hotel with a very few rooms. A couple of rooms were ok, but doesn't give you the hotel experience that some people look for in a hotel. The shower didn't have the drain clean ,A Lot of noise during the knits ,They charge me $120 for the first night ,after $90 /night for 4 more nights . You can find a 4* hotel for $60 or less in the same area similar condition , the buffet is cheap ,Do not recommended

One of the worst hotels i’ve been to in my life as a frequent traveler; avoid if you can. 1. There’s only a single employee that’s available throughout the day in the entire hotel. (Besides housekeeping) 2. They don’t change bedsheets. 3. Breakfast is poor. 4. They only have a single broken iron in the entire hotel. 5. Housekeeping are extremely rude, and they dig into your stuff without permission. 6. Towels and bedsheets are dirty and ripped. 7. Terrible communication. Language barrier was a problem. 8. Terrible management: they mixed our rooms when we checked in. 9. Rooms are extremely tight in space. 10. Air conditioners don’t function properly. 11. The hallway’s ceiling was dripping water during our entire stay. Instead of fixing it, they placed a bucket under. 12. Weird room design where you can see people in the bathroom. 13. One of our rooms was a double regular room. They gave us a honeymoon room instead which was weird for a group of friends. 14. Their definitions of extra bed in the room is throwing a mattress on the floor. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

The room is very comfortable and a good size. The shower is excellent. The staff (especially house keeping and janitorial) work really hard and do an excellent job! Most of the staff are very helpful and welcoming, though there are a few who seem to only pay attention to very wealthy guests. It is an upscale hotel, so very little is included with your nightly rate. The ladies pool is very nice, but you do have to purchase a swim cap from the hotel (20 TL for each person) before you are allowed to use it. So its not really included/free. I didn't try the spa or gym.

Rooms are small, staff is ok. I have booked 2 rooms from 2nd August to 4th August '2022. The AC in ine of the room was not working throughout my stay. Despite several requests and after there several attempts they were not able to fix the AC. It caused me great discomfort and all the positives were overruled. The breakfast was good and staff was OK.
