This resort is a great option for family trips, very clean, good food, great drinks. Very good service. We need improvement with bathrooms, there were no ventilators. Bathrooms are limited.

I give overall rating 4star for their over booking and I have to change my room, even when they upgraded me to a higher-class room.

Overall a nice getaway, food needs improvement. Sadly, didn’t have a delicious authentic Mexican Meal! Staff and entertainment does their best to make your stay memorable, very accommodating. Property is clean and kept up for most part although my son did cut his foot on a broken tile in infinity pool. Beach was immaculate which is why we opted for this resort as it was not affected by the seaweed.

Everything was wonderful from hotel accommodations to amenities.

Went to party and definitely got that. You cannot beat the location right next to the RUI party. So much fun. Guzman at the pool party was beyond great !

The Riu parties are nice being a walking distance away and dont have to leave the property.

Ive been to the other Riu in cancun, including the new one. I would still recommend coming here. I did the private suite with a friend it was perfect.

The property is very big, restaurant's are very good. I was able to enjoy the spa , they did an amazing job. Thank you for everything.

The property is clean, staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The entertainment was great there is always something going on for everyone. Transportation from airport to the hotel and back was a hassle and expensive, you only get transportation if you book with them directly, Expedia didn't offer transportation options.

Staff was very helpful and the property was kept clean. The food was great with a lot of variety.

I like everything about this resort

No adjoining rooms, upgraded and rooms were further away from each other. We were 2 adulta and 4 small kids. They were not accommodating at all. Food was sub-par.
