The hotel is right in the center but seems to be old, the reception is welcoming but the lobby does not turn on the air conditioner so it is hot. The room is large, clean, satisfied with the hotel

Nice hotel at nice location

When I booked for the room, I selected for 1 person. I came to check in together with another guest but was asked to pay an additional amount, not sure why this hotel has this rule while normally I was not charged for the additional person as I believe the room is meant for a maximum of 2 person. In addition I was also asked to pay for the breakfast fee for the additional person but I did not do so as I did not take the hotel breakfast.

Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful and would try their best to attend to all our needs. Definitely a great stay and we will surely come back again when we visit Ho Chi Minh City in the future.

Well, I really like breakfast here. There are many choices. The room also seems very comfortable but when I check in, it takes too long. I arrive at 2.30 PM but I still need to wait around 20-30 minutes because my room is not ready. I hope their service can be quicker.

Everything is good but I found a cockroach in the lobby.
