Great place! I recommend

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good. Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

3 things I didn't like: 1. No ventilation fan in the bathroom. 2. Valet parking attendent left my window opened and cars In the car on my final night. 3. Restuarents was a bit slow In delivering dinner. Other then those issues I enjoyed my stay: Good food, good sized room, clean, view of the beach, great pool, and 24 security.

We stayed just for a couple of hours, but the experience was nice, parking lot should be a thing to improve! Nothing to complain beside that!

You would expect a bit more of this hotel according to its ranking and photos. The rooms and installations are old and the room had bad smell (old smell). The good thing is the location, there are several good restaurants at walking distance, and the hotel is in front of the beach. It also has a good pool.

Ótima experiência, nada a reclamar. Agradecimento especial à atendente Eduarda, que nos ajudou bastante no momento do check-in, e fez de tudo para que nossa experiência fosse a melhor possível.

Sem maiores problemas. Contudo esperávamos mais do hotel daquele porte. Tendo sido informado que minha esposa é PCD, esperava cortesia em liberar o quarto, haja vista que faltavam poucos minutos e fomos obrigados a irmos a um restaurante fora. Simplesmente essas atitudes afastam o hóspede, futuramente, para outra estadia.

O hotel é perfeito, localização privilegiada. Já perdi as contas de quantas vezes nos hospedamos lá. O hotel está em reforma de atualização, nada que atrapalhe. Só não entendi o porquê do porta toalhas em cima da pia.

Apartamento e banheiro pequenos. Aparentemente boa área de lazer, não analiso por não ter utilizado.

Infelizmente a vaga para desembarque passou os 4 dias em que fiquei hospedada ocupada por um carro da Codevasf. Dificultando a retirada de malas e até de passageiros como uma idosa cadeirante. Cadê da manhã além de ser em local aberto o que gera comida fria e com moscas, além de pouca variedade

Estadia impecável, quarto espaçoso, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã variado com várias opções de bolos e frutas. Tinha música ao vivo no café da manhã. A vista do quarto era incrível e ainda tinha uma jacuzzi. O serviço do bar da área da piscina também foi ótimo, pratos deliciosos e com um valor justo.

Hotel com ótimas condições, tapioca deliciosa no café da manhã, quarto amplo. Localização muito boa, próximo de ótimos restaurantes.

Em que pese haver regras, os funcionários não são intransigentes, isto é, tentam, no possível, atender as peculiaridades dos hóspedes. Muito bom, recomendo!
