Tiny room. Basic accommodation for a 1 night stay.

Very clean and quiet

We had a good experience and this not your typical American style hotel. This is a small part of a residential building. There are exactly 8 rooms for 1-2 people. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and very clean. There is a small reception area with coffee, tea, water, cookies, croissants, and muffins. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave that can be used. We are a family of 2 adults and three teenagers so we had three rooms. The rooms are very reasonably priced in a great location close to the Atocha Train Station, Prado Museum, and Prague Del Retiro. The reception area is staffed only a short time each day but the email communication was good and explained how to enter the building and the hotel area. Keys are left at the desk with your last name.

Clean and comfortable and very accessible to Atocha RENFE. Staff was helpful and attentive, and A/C worked great. Very pleased with experience and hospitality.

It was perfect for a couple of nights. The location is quite central (very close to Atocha). Please note that it is located in a residential building. The is a lift but there are some stairs to reach it.

The hotel is in a Madrid neighborhood and is on one floor of an apartment building so visitors can get The feel of a center city neighborhood. It is very near Atocha Station. People manning the desk are friendly and helpful. Water, juices, milk, coffee, and tea are available to guests in-the reception area. I didn’t like that staff is only in the reception area for part of the day, and our room had just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was average in size and there was a place to hang clothes.

Very sparse. Had to carry luggage up some stairs. Packaged croissants and muffins for breakfast. All dry. Went out for breakfast. Poor WiFi
