Excellent resort to stay at!

Everything was amazing, the staff are amazing

Nice property with very friendly staff. However, property needs some upgrades, room’s especially. Rooms needed deeper cleaning and maintenance. Food can be better quality and more versatile.

Food could have been better. Buffet at lunchtime was awful. Buffet breakfast was good. Some restaraunts did not open until 1800 and some are closed on Tuesdays.

Great hotel

They don’t have to much kids activity and restaurants options.

Really small resort, facilities are old and poorly maintained. The dining experience is basic at the best.

I think our butler Noemi was not only attentive to our every whim but went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed every minute . She was the readin out stay was so exceptional and why we will come back over and over

Amazing resort

The property is nice. A lot of the restaurants are closed during the week. The staff was friendly and helpful

I liked the staff and activities. I stayed in VIP we did not receive any extra benefits. Did not know what benefits were available. No information! We had 3 other rooms with family members on the upper floors they seemed to have more. We had no orientation when we checked in had no idea what VIP service was. We came for family vacation but the Italian restaurant is adult only. All children love Italian! Secrets is the adult only why does Dreams have to have an adult only!!!! Send adults over to Dreams. That limited our dining options. The music going all the time. Need to have a couple of quiet times during the day!!! Tables at the poolside lunch buffet would be better. We all had a great time the recreation staff were great! Very clean and friendly staff!

Great resort and great amenities with activities. I wish they had more dinning options. Breakfast buffet was okay but the Catsway (seafood) restaurant was amazing.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The resort was clean and the room was awesome. I would definitely recommend going there.

When I got to the hotel I needed to add a second person to the room. They gouged me on the price and only agreed to a refund after two days worth of negotiating. The receipt they wrote out had the wrong persons name on it and I didn’t think anything of it but then when I tried to get a print out of the charges at checkout they refused and said a receipt would come via Expedia (it didn’t and I still haven’t gotten the refund on my credit card). I told the concierge “no thank you” when he tried to talk to me about “extras” at the hotel. He got so mad that he chased me through the hotel and demanded my name and room number. They staff all take your food and drinks that you’re still working on without asking. The place is pretty but I’d never stay there again.
