The property is nice and the staff was great. One staff member suggested our party during happy hour move to the back of the hotel. We ignored his suggestion. While everyone else was lounging in the bar area and the lobby seating. An enjoyable stay otherwise.

Parking was not easy and was complicated. I loved the interior and the staff of the property.

I chose this location because it was welcoming to pets as I was traveling with a pet. Amenities could use some upkeep.

We have a placement time. Excellent breakfast. My kids enjoyed a lot. Only the pool was a little crowded and crazy. Elevator so slow. Clean services Excellent.

Nothing unique about the property. Loved the free breakfast that comes with Embassy Suits. Clean room and friendly staff!

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We just love staying there! No complaints!

There was alot of construction in the areas surrounding the property.

The property was nice. At checkin the rep could have provided better customer service. She didn’t even ask if I was a member. Parking- if I am an overnight guest, why do I have to pay for parking? Parking should be included in the rate!

The staff were all very nice and friendly.

We wanted to be in this area. We chose it for location, but we foudn it to be above average of what we expect for the price.

Property is well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was great my kids really enjoyed it. We felt safe while staying here and there is a lot of restaurants to find within walking distance. My only issue I had with this property which i should’ve checked out sooner were regarding their amenities. The bar lounge offers complimentary happy hour (free) between 5:30-7 but the bar and restaurant does not open until 5pm. So if you’re looking to have a drink or eat food while you stay you’ll have to wait until 5… Not so good for a person that’s vacationing and looking for a nightlife type of vibe…this hotel is not it! But if you’re looking for a more relaxing quiet time this is the place for you.

Room was nice and clean, bed and pillows were not comfortable and room was hot seemed like a/c didn’t get cool till nearly 4 o’clock in the morning

Suite room size was smaller than what was in description; everyday same breakfast- would be better if they provide some different. Good location but they are charging for parking, where most of the hotel provides free parking for their guests.

Had a great experience, comfortable, good service, and excellent breakfast. I would come back again.
