friendly staff and the place is clean. as we booked at winter, the room was prepped to be warm. very comfortable and cozy. close to the lots of the bushwalks and bus stations. very recommended!

Great location. Room was clean.

Accommodation reasonable, cleanliness an issue. On arrival found top of toilet pan had pubic hair and urine on it, was addressed by reception and cleaned. Cutlery (1 knife) was dirty in container I put it out and cleaners put it back into container (still dirty). Washbasin cabinet had an odor (caused by gaps between base and walls) just keep doors closed. I returned top unit at 5pm (second last day) and found room had not been cleaned, spoke to reception who confirmed it had been missed but cleaners have left so nothing can be done.
