Good location, close to the train station, friendly staff, and lots of delicious food nearby.

The location is good, and the hotel staff are friendly. However, when I arrived, I had to wait for more than an hour to check in, even though I came at the correct check-in time, which is after 2 PM. The room is old but spacious, and the amenities are adequate.

The hotel staff is very friendly, very kind and directs whatever the customer asks for.

It's a hotel in the middle of the month. The room is very big. I'm very impressed. I'll come back to stay again.

Near from BTS and the hotel was good

Overall everything was fine, I just didn't like the 1000 baht fee I had to pay upon check in, it was inconvenient and I always had to take that 1000 baht back to my country because I couldn't spend it in time on the last day...

Big area and good for family. Next to BTS station.

The room was not clean enough, we found cockroach in the closet. The bathroom was quite old and not clean. The lobby smell was also not good, it smell like you are in the toilet. Hopefully the hotel can improve as the surrounding location is good.

The room was very old and musty, even in the bathroom there was no toothbrush or basic things that a hotel should have, in general the hotel photos online do not match the old reality of it.

In the morning the sound of the water pump or something is too loud, can't sleep.

It is a good hotel in the city center, close to the BTS, no need to worry about restaurants. Surrounded by many, suitable for traveling and working in the Sathorn area.

The staff are cute and cheerful. They all support me very well. I am very satisfied with my vacation here and will definitely come back here if I have the opportunity to come to Bangkok.

Room smelled of sewer, musty smell. Room cleaning was not clean, very sloppy & superficial. Room was dirty, old facilities. Air conditioner leaked (hotel repaired but did not fix the problem)

The staff is lovely. I asked to move to a room closer to my friend's room and they arranged it for me.

There was a baby mouse crawling out from under the bed, it was so scary. Only the security guard was very enthusiastic and apologized. The other two receptionists were indifferent as if it was a normal thing. I have stayed here many times, and will definitely not come back. It is so scary when you are lying on the bed to rest, and a mouse crawls on you, it is so scary.

Very strategic, cool place.
