A hospedagem foi ótima. Queria dirigir um elogio especial ao garçom Gil e à garçonete Tainá pelo belo e educado atendimento. Gil mostrou um conhecimento ímpar sobre vinhos.

Hotel não estava preparado para nossa reserva. Processo de checkin bem moroso. Quanto família não estava com o sofá cama arrumado para as crianças, o quarto tinha um cheiro horrível de mofo, o controle do ar condicionado não estava no quarto e não havia toalhas de banho para todos. Certamente, não ficarei novamente com minha família. Tive outras experiências sozinha no hotel e foi ok.

Banheiro com cheiro ruim, muito forte! Mofo! Ar condicionado não funcionou. Ao reclamar na portaria, fomos simplesmente desprezados pelo Sr Anderson. E temos outros dois dias de reserva. O melhor: café da manhã e atendimento no restaurante.

Excelent but the parking lot is too tight

Estrutura do prédio é bem velha, quarto apertado de limpeza média, os quartos não tem acústica escuta tudo de fora. Pelo valor da diária não vale.

Old bed. Bad Toilet, broken shower. I changed the room but result comes from terrible to poor. I will never be back

Quarto pequeno, iluminacao terrivel, sem luminarias ou abajures nas cabeceiras da cama, elevador velho. Apesar do vidro reforcado nas janelas, muito barulho de carros na avenida durante toda a noite.

Hotel bem localizado.

Hotel com boa estrutura, quartos amplos, banheiro amplo, chuveiro de qualidade e café da manhã excelente! Tivemos apenas o contratempo de estar ocorrendo obra ao lado do quarto, que iniciou às 7h da manhã, atrapalhando o descanso. Além disso, fomos colocados em um quarto PCD, cujo box não havia divisória, alagando o banheiro sempre que utilizado.

A estadia foi muito boa. O café da manha foi excelente. As acomodações deixaram um pouco a desejar em virtude da falta de espaço no quarto. O fato de ter somente um elevador para descer com as malas e no mesmo momento ser atendido somente o 4 andar, visto que retornou varias vezes lotado, deixou a desejar. Necessário ter outros meios para descer com a bagagem.

cama horrivel - chegamos estava como quarto de casal e sendo para ser com 2 camas de solteiro. Esperamos uns 25 min para separar as camas e ficando duas de solteiro sem conforto em um quarto muito pequeno e colchão completamente torto e desconfortavel. Atendimento horrivel.

The view here is amazing, if you have a room facing the bay! The service is also really great. However the room walls are a bit thin and it's easy to hear your neighbors. Also the shower water pressure is a bit light, but the shower is great, with nice toiletries. Overall if the price is good, I would recommend this property.

This hotel is okay but definitely not set up for a business traveler, upon check in my room was dirty somebody had just used it and was never cleaned I went back down to the front check-in counter where the staff began to argue with me that the room was clean. Let me clarify by dirty I mean used towels open soap bars and clearly somebody had been laying in the bed. It took the staff about 2 hours to get the room clean but then they had forgotten to leave any soap or shampoos so that took another pit to get that complete. If you have meetings or anything else I do not suggest this hotel at all

Amazing breakfast , clean rooms and great view. Even though is near to the street the room is very silent, no car noises.

A bit tired, but comfortable bed, nice pool, lovely staff. Right on a highway so ask for a room at the back, but our room well soundproofed. We stayed overnight on our way to a flight. Close to bus station

Great service and good room but incredibly noisy. Facing the main road you get street noise 24/7, horns, trucks, cars, motorbikes, everything and it kept me awake even with earplugs in and a pillow over my head. My room had an adjoining door to the adjacent room, through which I could hear my neighbour showering and urinating. The elevator is useless - tiny, slow, and there's only one of them to serve 4 floors and 70(?) rooms. It's rated for 6 people but you'd be lucky to fit 5 and even less with luggage - its impossible to use during peak hour in the morning/evening. I walked the steps every time. Two final notes, my safe did fit my 15 inch laptop in it despite hotels.com website saying it was not laptop compatible. Also, the shower takes forever to warm up (4th floor), at least 5 minutes of running the hot water. This is ok once you figure it out however...initally I thought it was broken.
