Realmente me gustó el lugar excelente ubicación , muy céntrico de todos los lugares turísticos, el único inconveniente que tuve fue que el aire acondicionado me dejó de funcionar al 3 día la señora me trató de ayudar pero me dijo que había que esperar al otro día por mantenimiento, yo ya salía al día siguiente, lo bueno es que fui en una época que no había calor pq uniese sido una mala noche .

Empleados muy atentos y simpaticos. Estan super bien localizados. Hay muchos lugares para visitar, comer y hacer turismo.

BLACK MOLD!!!! BLACK MOLD!!! DO NOT stay here. This hotel has BLACK MOLD and will not care to compensate you for their failure to adequately clean their rooms. The exposure is extreme (see pictures). They expect you to stay in a mold ridden room. This hotel will be a detriment to your health.

No safe boxes in the room

Perfect for what we needed. Stayed 1 night. Good location to see Valencia. Very cheap room. It is small as the title suggests. But we were always out and about. We just needed a clean bed and good shower. The air con was outstanding too which was so important as we walked about in 36 degrees most of the 2 days.

Perfect hotel with ideal location close to the market, cathedral and all other places of interest. Cute little balcony above the hussle and bussle of Valencia. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too.

The property need a lot of upgrades to get 3 stars as advertised. The room we had was not cozy but very small. If you have 2 people and 2 luggage then good luck to be able to open them.

Cama muito confortável, roupa de cama boa. Chuveiro quente. Super bem localizado. Um pouco pequeno, a cama ocupa quase todo o quarto, sobra apenas o espaço de circulação, então não tem muito onde colocar as malas caso sejam muitas ou grandes. Mas como estávamos em duas pessoas apenas com mala de mão foi tranquilo. Muito bonito e aconchegante.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very unique and of course clean. The staff very accommodating by adding an extra bed for our son. We were located in a great area close to everything we wanted to see!

Although the front desk was business like. Our room was for the price substandard. Was not happy with the worn out flooring and bathroom area. Loose and missing tile pieces from bathroom floor. No shower for separator from toilet and entry of bathroom. Hardly room for two pieces of luggage to get around our bed. Noisy from outside.

Does the job ... But no more. My bedroom had a bed (decent queen size), a desk (no chair), a wardrobe (no shelf) and basic bathroom. Enough for a few days, but nothing fancy. Place was clean, the personnel decent. Door was open at all time, which is nice but then feels a bit insecure. Especially since there is no place to leave luggage after checkout, so beware that they will stay in the hallway (I ended up using Bounce and leaving it in a properly secured placed in a shop). Overall, decent for the money, but do not expect anything more.

Great location, nice room, nice service.

It would have been nice to have been told there was major construction going on in the hotel prior to or upon arrival. We were woken up at 8am and lasted all day until just before 6pm. The construction debris came thru the air vents and soiled our belongings.

La posizione della struttura è eccellente, si trova veramente a pochi passi da Piazza della Vergine e Piazza della Regina e a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i principali luoghi di interesse. La zona è piena di locali e ristoranti per ogni gusto. Il personale alla reception gentile. La camera e la struttura in generale sono davvero molto carine e con grande potenzialità, ma hanno sicuramente bisogno di una sistemata. Nel complesso, assolutamente consigliato!

Ok hotel for the price. Perfect location

This room is quite small but since we weren’t planning on spending much time in the room it wasn’t an issue. It’s located in a great spot in the city centre and a tiny road that’s cute and quiet. I would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely first day, the man on the desk was very friendly and helpful. We explored the city straight away as the rooms are in a great location. However in the morning we were met by a rude lady working at reception who was disinterested and also gave unhelpful advice to a disabled woman in front of us. The hotel does not store bags which is a real shame and no alternatives given.

This is the best place to stay while in Valencia. We were very pleased with everything. Strongly suggest to everyone!!

Una pesadilla. La habitación estaba muy sucia, con montículos, chinches en el baño y chinches en las sábanas. Además, el inodoro estará mojado porque no hay cortina de baño ni espacio para la ducha y está ubicado al lado del inodoro. El wifi no funciona, le pedimos ayuda al recepcionista pero ni siquiera le importó e insistió en que funciona perfectamente. fue muy grosero. Había una mancha amarilla en la colcha de la cama. El hotel tenía un olor muy extraño e incómodo y en general estaba MUY MUY SUCIO. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo y no pude dormir por la noche debido a los ronquidos de los hombres de al lado…. Incluso podemos escuchar a la gente afuera hablando. Recomendaría NO reservar este hotel, ¡arruinará tu estancia en Valencia! A nightmare. The room was very dirty, with mounds ,bugs in the bathroom and bedbugs on bed sheets !! also the toilet will be wet because there is no shower curtain or room for shower and it is located next to the toilet. The wifi doesn’t work, we asked the receptionist for help but he didn’t even care and insisted it works perfectly. he was very rude . There was a yellow stain on the bed cover. The hotel had a very strange uncomfortable smell and was overall VERY VERY DIRTY. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything and I couldn’t sleep at night due to the snoring of the men next door…. We can even hear people outside talking. I would recommend NOT to book this hotel, it will ruin your stay in Valencia !

Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Location is good thats where it ends. The superior king with balcony is a shocker - concrete bath in the bedroom, chair all tattered and torn, no aircon working which is not too bad until you try to get to sleep. As others have said there are some really noisy people above (we think its a flat) and thry did not stop until 4am. At 7 am they started making noise again. Awful avoid at all costs if you have to go make sure its not room 301. Receptionist rude and uninterested more interested in her phone. No phone in room so make sure you have your clothes at hand at 2 am to go down complain to hotel otherwise they will just say you should have let them know. Given one star because i cant give zero. No support from Expedia either if you have issues you sre on your own.
