bathroom needs a reno or at least a few touch ups. front desk very helpfull

This is not your standard hotel, I have stayed in a type of property in Berlin trike this one. From the outside the building is beautiful. When you walk in the lobby, there is one elevator and you come to find out the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor. Rooms are nice size, quite, nice ladies serving you breakfast. Location was convenient to 3 metro stations so it was very easy to maneuver through the city of Lisbon. I had a few personal issues and the front desk clerk Dipac was there to solve all my problems. He was very happy to assist me when ever I asked. Dipak seems very proud of his city an went out of his way many times to assist me. If you are loking for a place in a great convenience locarion with a great pricing the place would be perfect fo you,

The sign of the Hotel is too small and we couldn't funded!our room was small but there stink when we came from the toilet..

Nice surprise as the rate was quite cheap. I would go back and i would recommend it yo anyone. Quick check in, nice big and clean room . The hotel is located near to the centre, and access from airport is simple. You can choose to walk or take the tube. Close to el cortes ingles.

It is not well taken care of,you can see dust everywhere and what is worst the bed makes a noise every time you turn over so it is a place I would not recommend to anybody,you can get a better place for the same money.

Great value for your money. Well worth considering.

Close to restaurants and centre for city bus tours and metro 200 mets away, water front still walkable about 40 mins.

Very basic hotel for fairly expensive price, wifi didn't work first day, too far from central Lisbon not able to walk it

Lovely staff. Great location close to three metro stations, but also a nice walk into the centre of town. The room was very comfortable.

The staff were really helpful and friendly; beds and bathroom were nice and clean; buffet breakfast was as expected. The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors of an old-ish building - not in the very centre of the city, but only a 5 minute walk from one of the main shopping streets - and very close to a Metro station if you don't want to wander.

I was tired. Hotel was old, but quite and clean. No strangers nor strange sounds/discoteeques disturbed my sleeping, even airplanes over my head...

You get what you pay, and for that it is more that ok, the style is a bit weird, as it looks like a medieval place, but it is ok, comfortable beds, airconditioning, private bathroom. Close to the metro, few places for breakfast down the building and lots of parking down the building(free at night) if you have the car. Fair solution overall for the price you pay.

Excellent customer service. Super attentive and very helpful. Great area to site see and friendly tourists. Food is delicious and a reasonable price.

I had aa spacious room. Oit was located near ametrostop. Major supermarket with two blocks (important for me). Negative-not many dining places close,

Old style hotel. Comfortable! Host and personnel were very pleasant. Rates were reasonable. Would stay again! Loved old fashioned cast iron tubs!

Owner so rude..elevator work only up to 4th floor and we get our room on the 5th floor..no plugs for our cels, so we did desconect the minibar to charge them...housekeeping and breaksfast people were nice

Very good breakfast, very clean room. Good for the price, need to improve the electric installation urgently.

My three night stay was very pleasant. The double room was big enough for me, though the furniture was tightly packed together. The room came equipped with a small fridge which was handy for storing milk & fruit juice. The bed was comfy and there were lots of English programmes on tv to watch after hours of sightseeing. There is a kettle in the room but you only get 1 teabag per day - luckily I'd brought some with me. There was a spacious en suite bathroom - no power shower though, not that it mattered. The reception staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Location is perfect, just 2 min walk to metro station, staff was excellent, room was clean and everyday was cleaned.
