The TV is old but it's okay. The toilet doesn't have bidet system, and the tap for water need to be adjusted manually (there is no temperature's adjustment). Although some equipment is old, but the room is cozy and quite spacious to perform prayer for muslim. There is wifi in the room and common room. We can also use the microwave and laundry room if we need it. The washing machine is free, the dryer is 100 yen/30 minutes, and we can buy the detergent at the receptionist which cost 50 yen. What I like the most is we can borrow a bike to go around the city. To go here from Tsukuba center, we can use bus (there is a bus stop very near the hotel, Sengen 1) or taxi (the cost is less than 1000 yen). The receptionist is very helpful too. Overall, I loved staying at this place and definitely will stay at this hotel again if I need to visit Tsukuba.
