Great place to stay for night before flying, bed was super comfortable, easy check in and restaurant on site. Easy transfer to airport very early - would recommend if you’ve got a flight out of Luton.

My son and I had missed our flight and had to book a room for a flight the next day. This hotel is within walking distance to the airport. What I loved most about this hotel was the extremely kind and professional staff. They made what was a not great situation into something that both my son and I enjoyed. If we are ever in Luton again, this is where we will stay! They have a great restaurant and bar there and have an early breakfast starting at 3:30am for guests leaving for an early flight.

Superb checkin staff, very friendly and warm welcome. Elsa in the restaurant was also excellent.

Easy check in, spacious room, walkable to terminal.

Good clean room. Quiet hotel. No problems. Coffee in room disgusting though.

Probably the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever been (compared to the US locations). Great value and nice place to stay for Luton layover.

Exceptionally friendly staff

An OK hotel. Too expensive for what it offers. Booked through hotels.com with breakfast but they told me breakfast not included, so had to pay for breakfast which was awful to tell you the truth. Dry and overpriced. Wont be returning again. Overall with parking and breakfast, it took me over my company limit. Parking and breakfast per day is over £30.

This property is nice and close to Luton airport. The reception staff were nice and friendly.

In general everything was good; the bed mattress in particular was extremely comfortable. Problems were: the bedside lights didn't work, which was minor, but more annoying was some sort of green safety light above the door, which stayed on all night, disturbing sleep. Horrid!

The meet and greet was friendly. The hotel was clean and modern. I wouldn't have any hesitation in stopping there again.
