We reserved 5 star Kervansaray otel in Bursa. when we arrived there, we got suprised beacuse hotel has been closed for more than 6 months. I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone. After more than 1 hour talking they sent us another otel but it was 4 star hotel. We chose Kervansaray just for swimming and SPA with our children but the new hotel has no swimming pool So our trip did not achieve its goal. I can write more bad things but I think it is enough we were 2 family with our children and turned back just taking a small trip

I was very happy with reception and pool service staff but there's a problem in the kitchen all my food which I ordered came wrong.

I use this hotel for a single night stay, and it was fine.

It's very old hotel with stinking bathrooms. They have said there will be a renovation in June so j suggest everyone to chose a different hotel in the area until then. Definitely not worth for what we have paid. Staff is not trained for a 5 stars hotel.Such a shame.

Hamam was nice, historical place.

The hotel carpet need to renew. Whenever you request coffee after dinner at the hotel they inform you that it is a gift "Ikram" when you sign the bill, this is just to take tips, then at the time of check out you discover that nothing was free.

we only stayed for baths. A typical Bursa tourist resort is built on maximum revenue with minimum investment. Turkish bath, in-house services have not been renovated for years. Still the same. Even the seats at the entrance of the hotel were old and skinned. Although it was a eid mubarak holiday season there was only 1 person in related for hamam massage and cleaning and there was a minimum waiting time of 8 people at the least busy hour. I'll never stay again. Guests from outside can use the bath in the same way and at the same prices. Therefore, being a customer of the hotel there is no plus for the baths.

Spa is good. Breakfast is poor. Beds and pillows are terrible.

The hotel is nice and the staff were very friendly... But the hotel needs renovation, facilities should be renewed and the breakfast menu and quality should be reviewed...

Room was very dark, they use low wattage bulbs to save money. Poor Wi-Fi, consistently have to keep signing in.My room overlooked a large wall and I asked to be moved and they said they were full, but then a family came and they were able to move them. The hallway carpets are coming loose causing them to become uneven (almost 2 inches elevated) which resulted in my almost falling.Fabric slippers supplied for the turkish baths resulting in my falling, and the employees said I was not the first to fall. Hotels.com sign at the front desk touting as 4 star, this is not correct. This is a poorly maintained facility and I will never return.

The hotel is old and needs a major renovation, until that it is overpriced and does not deserve a 5 star rating. They give a free tickets for Turkish bath which is a nice thing, but the hotel location is far from the mail tourist locations in Bursa.

Definetly not 5 starmore like 3. It was dirty overall.

Booked 2 nights, had to leave after one. Hotel is old and it shows rooms are small and beds uncomfortable. Showers are moldy. Breakfast Buffett not included, expensive for what is offered. Staff non friendly

Slow wi-fi, very poor breakfast, worn out building, 3 star standards..

We enjoyed Turkish hammam, it is like old time, they usually have nice breakfast.
