At first glance, the room seemed good. I had a dog friendly, ground floor room and what I liked most was the outside back door. The bed was extremely hard, I like firm but this was so hard that after about 10 mins, my dog got off and went to his kennel. After check out and a few days later I realized I forgot my bathing suit, hanging with the towels. I called the front desk to inquire, then stopped in on my return drive through the city. I was told that it was not found. They do laundry on site. So even though they have a 'lost and found', no bathing suit was returned. I told the clerk that this reflects badly on the hotel.

I was given a room that had 1/2 of the window blocked by an enclosure in front of the window

Decent hotel in Williams Lake. Clean and cheap. Nothing fancy but fine for a 1 night stay over.

Great location, good price, free and tasty breakfast. Nice staff. Good rooms - comfortable and clean. Fridge has a freezer which is nice!

Clean property - well located in Williams Lake and clean rooms - TVs require two remotes to operate and are confusing until mastered At desk when I inquired about my points status was told that as I had booked through a third party the points may not be available - first time I have encountered this with a Best Western hotel

Didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we were there to visit family. Good hotel, friendly staff. Only complaint would be the shower head didn’t have much pressure

Rooms were clean, service was excellent. One thing, the beds are super high and are hard to get into if you are at a shorter stance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The building and rooms were clean and well maintained. Good variety available for the breakfast.

Just blocks out of Williams lake made us feel safer

After a long day, we were pleased to stay at this property. It was everything we could have wanted. Clean and comfortable, great breakfast as well. We’d definitely stay here again.
