TWO refrigerators! Beds pretty hard. Clean. The shower was a no go! Terrible. Couldn’t even stand up without my head hitting the ceiling. No shower curtain and tub was big enough for a child. Other than the shower, good stay.

Another great stay at Penzion Jana. I have stayed here several times. This property is in a nice neighborhood with easy access a tram line and 2 major Metro stations. The complimentary breakfast is fine with a wide selection of breakfast items. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition by a friendly and helpful staff. This property has a garden to relax in which makes it an amazing location during the warm weather months.

Overall an excellent stay at Jana. The staff is professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. I was booked for 28 nights and had a very consistent and comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet included was a convenient and generous start to each day. Děkují!

Great location. We’ve been a reappeared clients. Sits in a beautiful garden.

The location is ideal for a traveler willing to use the Metro. It is steps away from the tram stop Perunova. This easily connects to green Metro stations Flora and Nemesti Miru and red Metro station I.P. Pavlova. So the entire city is accessible. My breakfast buffet was included, free. Daily there was a variety of hams, cheeses, pastry, cereals, fruits and breads. Plus juices, bacon and eggs. A coffee maker was available. The facility was kept immaculate by a friendly and helpful staff. The outside garden was lovely and would be an attraction if visiting in the summer. My shared bathroom consisted of a stand up shower, toilet and sink which was steps away from my room. I had a key for the bathroom so although it was shared. it was private. My room was comfortable and clean. And the free Wifi service was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend.

Despite the advertising stating that there is a private bathroom, the bathroom was in fact not private, and shared with other guests on the first floor. The doors are also very thin and dont lock easily, meaning that your privacy from other guests is minimal

This is a really old building and Bathrooms at upstairs were really dirty. Breakfast has really limited options Expect for the kind blonde woman, staff were rude and unpleasant.

Staff was very friendly and have local recommendations and highlights the local attractions. Room layout was great ans so was location. Near lots to eat, sites, and train stop. Also offers free breakfast.

All the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Very nice breakfast. Room was warm (we were there during the winter) and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Would recommend this place to our friends.

Nice tidy place

The staff were were very pleasant and accommodating. I felt very welcome. The floor boards in the room were a bit creaky but great for the price. Great location too. Would stay there again

This "Pension" is an outstanding value. The location is Prague 10 which is not bad for going into the center. Also, it is not far from a large shopping center, Flora. The rooms are excellent and clean and breakfast is included. My only criticism is that the wifi is a bit iffy, and sometimes goes off. They are aware of this problem, which comes from the unreliable service provider, O2. I had a private room and shared a bathroom on the common hall, but there was never a conflict. This is my best choice in Prague where I have been many times for a value shopper like me. The building also has an interesting history deriving from the second world war and the Gestapo!

Very clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Paid parking. Horrible check in. The hotel gathers ALL personal data including minor's info and sends it further. Apparently this is the process in the whole country. No one could explain clearly why minor's info is required. The fees I booked the hotel with was 30% over the cost of the hotel's room (covid) at the time of check in. No one offered price adjustment.

Hotel was quite, room view over the balcony provided quality views, breakfast was good and location was only about half hour walk to the centre and close to trams and metro lines.

The hotel is AMAZING. For this price, you can get a condon-like spatial double bed apartment that come together with a kitchen, and a surprisingly big bathroom. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast, although the food stayed the same everyday, but it was good with abundant choice. Most likely people would complain the block hotel located in, well it is undeniable it looks messy and unsafe. Still, it is not that scary you will get rob or pocket-picked, as long as you don't mess around with the residents in the block. Short walking to the Brno central, and you can enjoy the scenery as you walk.

Very nice place to stay, good location, friendly staff

Very enjoyable stay and would recommend this. I booked hotel to airport round trip transport, but they didn't arrive for airport return. The hotel in my time if need called a taxi, which arrived in 5 minutes meaning the flight was caught in time. Such helpfulness cannot be underestimated. I would have qualms returning to pension/hotel jana

The room description did not mention that the bathroom was a shared bathroom outside the room. It was clean and not far away, just misleading.

Schöne Pension in guter Lage und guten Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände. Frühstück recht einfach, aber OK.
