Everything was good. I fully recommend it.

Clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi connection. Room was adequate. However, the hotel is located more than 1/2 mile away from the station, and as we arrived late in the evening the walk with the luggage turned to be too long. The owner offered to give us a ride to the station next morning because it was raining outside.

For the price you pay, it really has everything. Has air con. Our room had a balcony with fantasic viewes of the surrounding mountains. The room could do with some updates like a fresh coat of paint, better ligjting as it was quite dark amd there was no light where the mirror was for the missus to use to put on her make up. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the town centre, but we preferred this as it was quiet. Overall satisfied.

Nice clean hotel close to the center

I stayed at this cute little hotel for a quick five hours sleep between arriving in Domodossola and catching an onward train to Zermatt. The fellow who runs the place took the initiative to pick me up at the station, so this was a wonderful gesture that made my stay much easier. I would only recommend the hotel provide some sort of breakfast option (even at an extra cost) for guests catching early morning trains as there is nothing open in Domodossdola, despite many trains leaving very early!

Was a great stay but no Air condition but it was not really needed. Luciano the owner was very nice and helpful.

Small hotel with wonderful staff that really took care to make our stay nice. In the evening we even got a ride to a lovely restaurant they recommended us! Good breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Ask for a non-smoking rooom if you want it, smoking rooms are available. All public areas are smoke free. Simple no-fuss, good value for money where the staff made all the difference. Easy parking. Domodossola old town is fantastic and well worth a stop.

Hotel is not very far from station but locating is bit of a hassle...room is comfortable with nice view and a huge balcony for relaxing..hotel staff are very helpful and assistive..there are good pizzeria nearby for food

Barring the lack of AC on a hot night, the hotel is good. Clean, friendly staff. .

The staff were very nice and extended us every courtesy. We overslept and missed the checkout time, but they didn't charge us extra and even presented us with breakfast at checkout. A ten- to fifteen-minute walk from the train station and heart of the village, the hotel is relatively well-located. They provide multipurpose soap in a dispenser in the shower, but not shampoo or conditioner, so I'd recommend bringing your own.

We found this on hotels.com after dragging ourselves out of the Alps amidst a rain storm. The staff was fantastic, very, very helpful. The rooms were nice if a little dated. The beds slept well. We were happy to stay there and would again in a minute if we wander that way again.

Hotel is basic for the price represents good value for money. Rooms are a good size and clean and owners are only too happy to help. It's on the edge of Domodossola but its only a 5 minute walk to the centre.

Nice comfy place within walking of main town Square. Very helpful with recommending a nice reasonably priced Restruant fordinner. The owner was very helpful to us in taking us to buy a new tyre for our car. Would recommend Hotel Domodossla for a stopover . Nice views of Mountains from our Balcony.

Whilst the hotel was a little tired, kindness shown by the proprietor more than made up for it. My visit co-incided with two days of continuous rain. Was loaned an umbrella to get to the reccomended restaurant (which was well worth the visit) and was given a lift in his car to the station. On the hotel website, two different distances from the station are quoted, 500m and 800m - it is at least 20 mins walk so at best 800m. The main road is busy so dont get a room at the front. Breakfast is limited.

Convenient location, exceptional service. The manager could not have been more friendly or helpful if he'd tried and he made me feel so welcome.

I arrived late in Domodossola by train and couldn't find a taxi. The manager came and picked me up in his car. The service I received was amazing! Yes the hotel is a little old, but the service more than makes up for this. The breakfast the following morning was also brilliant. I would stay at this hotel again in an instant.
