Close to the shops and restaurants. Short walk to a quiet bay or slightly longer walk to the main beach with a long promenade to walk along. The hotel was clean. The rooms were nice and big. Bath in the bathroom but no plug !!. The spa was lovely and great value for 6 euro extra. We were half board the food was nice plenty of choice. Drinks from the bar were also good value two coffees 3.80 two beers were less than 6 euros. I paid for late check out 30 euro till 6pm. The hotel was nice for our short break.

Nice clean hotel. Great bar and staff lovely. Pool quite small and tagging of beds was problematic so ended up going beach instead. Animation team brill and evening entertainment was ok. Food was very nice but salty. Plenty choice and different theme each day. Good value for money.

Disgusting food. Cleanliness of the hotel was horrendous. Police outside the hotel most nights. Very noisy guests and when complained about nothing done.

Checked in quick and easily. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and hotel were clean. Room (546) was immaculate so shout out to the cleaners. Rooms were dated and bed mattresses need renew as very uncomfortable. We booked as a family of 4 with 2 children aged 11 and 13, yet the balcony only had 2 chairs, we were only given 2 glasses and the bathroom only had 2 towels so not really ideal for a 4 person room. We booked breakfast and dinner which were mediocre and what you'd expect for a regular buffet style hotel food. Pools were very good. A simple children's pool and also a children's pool with 2 slides which looked good. Main pool and another pool. Wouldn't rush back to visit but stay was OK for 1 night

Stayed in this hotel before the cleaning staff are excellent a pity the reception staff weren’t the same Rude and ignorant at some points just walking away from the reception desk when queues

Great hotel with friendly staff and wide range of food options. Pools were great for kids (if a little chilly in April!) and location was very good with short walk to the beach/town centre.

Myself and my 12 year old daughter stayed for 4 nights from 26-30th April .. we had breakfast & dinner included.. we had dinner on the 1st night and didn’t have it again as the only thing we could eat was the burger.. the breakfast was grand though...the hotel was spotless..and rooms cleaned every day.... where I would recommend the hotel I wouldn’t recommend the food...

This Hotel is a good choice for your money. A difference in rates between no food and half board is very minor. The Hotel in a good condition. My rooms was quiet clean and efficently organised. Bathroom was clean in excellent condition and well stacked. Very nice balcony. Overall good impression especially for money paid.

staff not very helpful. they never asked how you were enjoying youre holiday or passed the time of day with you.

Hotel was OK AC did not work well in the room tried to get it fixed but never got any better. Pool area was not as large as it looks in the photo. If you did not get a bed before 9 you want get one. Location was good for the town and the beaches.

Noisiest hotel in the world. All day loud music and someone screeching on a microphone. Food fair only. Bar staff overworked. Reception staff extremely slow, waited overv 30 minutes to check in. Rooms were lovely though and very clean.

Great hotel. Very nice, clean and quite central (1.2 mile from train station and same from theme park). Go full board as the food is great lots of choice and FREE WINE (which I couldn't take advantage of as I was with my 8 year old son). Be prepared for lots of little old Spanish and French ladies with no manners.

This hotel is fine for the price, it is big & comfy. Two huge problems however. Two very small lifts service 6 floors plus dining room. If more than 4 people enter it ceases to function. The second is the dining room. The food is terrible and the layout is crazy. It is big with the bread on one end and the sandwich meat at the other. Always a line for the coffee. Solution? Get a new chef and redesign the layout.
