First night they moved us 3 times. The rooms were horrible. AC dripping water in one, TV not working in the other two. No internet most days… they charged for things we didn’t know about… overall just terrible. The last 3 days they moved us (a 4th time) and the room was somewhat decent. I’d like my money back

The hotel is good. Breakfast is great. Wifi is a problem , conection is very unstable. Bedroom is confi, bathroom needs a update

Staff was very accommodating despite our language and translation difficulties.

Except for the cleaning and the restaurant crew, staff was rude, dismissive and even mocking at times. The area has nothing to offer after 5pm or o n the weekends. Will not stay there again.

Some very pleasant staff, others not so much. Customer service can improve but in Porto Velho, the hotel can be considered the best choice.

Friendly stuff and nice hotel. I would recommend. Amazon breakfast, the pool server Joao is friendly and always on top of everything.

Best hotel in Pôrto Velho . The room and bed are huge . Location is a plus

It was great! Comfortable bed, quite and clean. Parking is just on the other side of the road very good. Swimming pool was under renovation which was a shame but has to be done. Breakfast was lovely, good selection.

Nice stop on road from nowhere to nowhere, parking is in public lot across road, safe enough as judges office park there too. Only subway was close enough for dinner as I didn't feel comfortable straying too far from hotel after dark Refurbished rail station by river is a good walk after a long drive

All was good but the Air conditioning did not keep the room cool

I was there twice for a total of 5 nights in the past month. This is a very comfortable hotel with all the amenities, WiFi, very reasonably priced laundry, 24-hour restaurant and a GREAT breakfast every morning. It is fairly new and they were still remodeling the lobby but that didn't interfere with the comfort of the room or the hotel. The staff at the front desk were eager to help and very pleasant to talk to. The manager was courteous and efficient. I had no issues. I would gladly stay there again. I did not rate it 5 because it is not on par with some of the great hotels in the world but, for Porto Velho, it is a jewel.

Oscar is a basic hotel in a good location. towels looked old

Dessa vez foi bem ruim. Quarto mofado, ar-condicionado com muito barulho, quarto sujo, barulho externo de maquinas de ar-condicionado, chuveiro com problemas so frio ou fervendo, etc
