Bed was comfortable, room was very small. Lady at check in and check out was a bit rude but overall it was cheap and you get what you pay for

The staff was always really nice. My view was good, and it was relatively close to everywhere I needed to be.

Tremendous service at check in, and throughout our stay. All was great, AC unit could have been crisper as we both had a hard time cooling off. Otherwise, perfect stay at a perfect location for our needs. Thanks !!!

The front desk don’t know what they’re doing charge me twice made my bank account negative and since it’s pending I have to wait until one of the charges drop off before my money go back to the account and I’m about to hop on a cruise ship with zero money in my account

We checked in and within 5 minutes went to the front desk that the air conditioning did not work. Maintenance called and no one showed. We requested a different room .. and clerk Eric said no other rooms as he proceeded to check in other guests coming in .. He told us no other rooms available and offered a Fan .. We said no acceptable .. He eventually said he had a room in the cellar .. which was at the staff level and not what we paid for . A bad experience overall ...

This would be a place I would return. The hotel was so clean, breakfast waffle machine!, friendly staff, and great stay. It was in walking distance of Times Square and cleaner area than most of New York.

Staff was friendly. Safe area. Toilet kept giving us problems and sink had a constant drip. Carpet was sticky. Definitely needs new carpet or shampooing. Bed was comfy and AC was cold and overall place was clean. Would stay here again if in a pinch

We arrived at around 2 am for late check in, no one is in the front desk! We called multiple times and we ended up on waiting outside for at least 20 minutes! The lady on the front desk is very accommodating and very nice on the day of our check out!

The WiFi was awful. Never worked for more than 2 minutes. Only 1 working elevator that was VERY slow Ok for the price and near Times Square but overall a very meh experience

Every thing was great about our stay, except tea making in our room a kettle would have been better, not everyone drinks coffee and the pod machine is a one cup person at a time so making tea is a bit of a bind but part from that, excellent
