Very pleasant staff and excellent location

We absolutely love this hotel! It was so charming and unique. Our room exuded French charm. We had a balcony and we enjoyed it. Breakfast wasn’t included, but we took part on one day and our only recommendation is that they should make a better use of the fresh fruit in the area as the fruit was very old in terms of what was offered. Other than that, we appreciated having Parking on site site even if it was for a high fee, it was very convenient. The staff were very genial and offered advice. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel that allowed us to have a very memorable stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were exceptional. Great location

Our room had a beautiful balcony with a table and chairs. We loved sitting outside and looking out over the rooftops towards the sea. Also, the shower head was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the black out curtains for both the door and the windows made for a peaceful sleep.

We love this hotel. The check-in was easy we got an upgrade and Mathieu at reception was very accommodating. The decor and attention to detail is great, very luxurious feel for a great price. We will stay here again.

Beautiful property. My only complaint is the WiFi wasn’t working and I needed it for business. Also, I prepaid for the room and they insisted on trying to charge me again. Kept me waiting for 20 mins.

Great decor feeling luxurious and definitely farrow and ball paints and decor. Lovely breakfast.

My daughter and i stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We mostly appreciated the location which wasvery close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and stuff was very helpful and friendly . The room did not have minibar and hairdryer . Also you have somebody at the desk only during morning and afternoon hours. I would be happy to stay there again though it could be a bit less expansive.

Perfect location, great front desk staff. No A/C and facing west. Way too hot all night. Room beside elevator so noisy all night long..

Limited opening hours. Keys left in public when no staff on duty. Locks for hotel rooms were deadlocks with no emergency release. Only 1 electricity socket in room. Shower head had no attachment to enable shower use. No air-conditioning. Extra charge for parking. No tea/coffee facilities

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean but very small and decor rather dated. Wifi doesn't reach the bedrooms - only works in the reception area. I thought it was rather expensive for what you got.

Hyggeligt lille hotel lige midt mellem alting. Alt er småt inklusiv den bløde seng. Utroligt hjælpsom og imødekommende personale, som taler fint engelsk. Vi kommer gerne igen.

L’hôtel (très joliment décoré) est très bien situé dans Arcachon, le petit déjeuner est top et le personnel est aux petits soins ! Foncez tête baissée !

la chambre est très petite , alors que nous avions pris la gamme au-dessus , il n'y a qu'une table de nuit par manque de place !! , salle d'eau assez grande , mais le meuble de casque est vieillissant , le mobilier de la terrasse , ainsi que le plancher , sont a refaire . la jeune femme a l'accueil est très gentille , le patron est assez froid ! . la femme de ménage est très gentille . il serait bien de préciser que les oreillers sont en plume , attention aux allergies . bonne literie .

Séjour fantastique grâce à l'excellent accueil et le style et la décoration de l'hôtel, ainsi que son emplacement proche de tous commerces et de la plage.

Très bel hôtel avec chambre avec petit balcon , au calme et très bien situé. Literie au top. Personnel pareil. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Déco chaleureuse, hôtel idéalement situé en hypercentre. Suite spacieuse et silencieuse. Personnel très professionnel. Un séjour agréable. A recommander.

Probleme dans la douche Petit dej annoncé comme continental mais en fait est normal 35€/jour tarif animal est abusif
