A one night stop over having driven over the Alps the day before from France. Very good location and easy to find. Plenty of restaurants within 15-20 mins walk. Good value for money with a nice breakfast too.

Hotel Valentino is a romantic place. Excellent free breakfast, especially croissants. People are nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good: including apples, oranges, yogurt, cappuccino/coffee options, croissants, tarts, toast, juice, etc. The front desk staff was friendly. The beds were very firm (which I know some prefer).

We needed a night stop for our journey from Switzerland to Genoa. We chose the valentino hotel with the breakfast option. I would say the breakfast and dinner was a bit of a disappointment, dinner was just heated up and not freshly made and yet pricey given the location as for breakfast it was very basic; croissants, cereal, and milk. The rooms were clean, the furniture is a bit outdated but still clean nevertheless. There was a strong smell of bleach when we entered the room, it could have been tuned down. parking was very convenient and secure so that was a plus. I will recommend one night stopover.

Hotel Valentino was a very nice hotel in Acqui Terme that makes it easy to visit the town's hot springs. It is an older hotel, but still elegant and clean. Overall I thought it was a very good value.

The Rooms were big and comfortable , nice staff and the price was ok

While the initial impression was positive the actual hotel was disappointing, the staff was not helpful. The room had no a/c or fan so the window had to be open which let the mosquitoes in..and then there were the spiders or, perhaps bedbugs. Although the room had a refrigerator it was not working either, none of them in the hotel were working-but did not find that out until we had purchased items to go inside- the staff did allow us to put it in the hotel one- the bed was ok, the breakfast was typical, parking was convenient. While we do plan to return to the area we will definitely not be returning here!

Pleasant hotel in a very quiet area near the thermal baths. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Happily stay there again.

Hotel was really good for the price - really friendly staff and comfortable. And very quiet area. I wished we had time to check out the spa! Acqu Terme is about 2 kms walk away and is a lovely walkable town for shopping and eating. Beautiful Historic buildings.

Hotel Valentino is great value for money with large clean rooms and wellbeing centre in house. It is a good 20 minutes walk to town but easy to park if you take the car. The aircon was not that efficient but did not detract from our positive opinion. Breakfast was adequate with better than average fresh coffee included.

Safe parking for motorcycle in private garage.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel Valentino una notte per visitare Alba e Aqui Terme. Posizione tranquilla fuori dal centro, che cmq è facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15min. Stanza ampia e pulita, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la cena e anche la colazione. Ottimo il prezzo! Super consigliato!!
