Close to Masjidil Haram, the staff at the reception, lobby are very kind, was able to do early check in despite it was still in the afternoon. The hotel is clean, the food served nicely. Downside is only they don’t have access for car/taxi, had to walk though relatively near. Thank you team!

A hotel located close to the Haram compound, with easy access to Mecca Tower and Zamzam Tower. The only tricky way to get there is by car: you can get on and off from Souk Al Khalil or from the basement of Pullman Zamzam.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Masjidil Haram, which was very convenient. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable, with a big smart TV that made relaxing easy after prayers. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. The staff, including housekeeping and security, were all very kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Very near from Masjidil Haram, easy access to car shuttle, clean, food station around.

It's really convenient if you want to observe the 5 daily prayers at the Grand Mosque, sunat prayers and tawaf are very close, only 2 minutes to get there, and if you want to hunt for food, just walk next door to Zamzam Tower from Bin Dawood, so you won't get too hot.

I think it's worth staying at Elaf Kinda, especially during Ramadan when access to the Haram is often closed. And in my opinion, the closest hotel is Elaf Kinda Special thanks to Brother Abdul Thoyub who has provided the best service every day. The room is clean and comfortable Good job Brother

Alhamdulillah, what a great service and location of the hotel to the Masjid Al Haram. We were able to check in around 2 PM, thanks to the available hotel and the kind receptionist lady that let us. They offered free drinks and snacks at the lobby for guests as well. Nice and great hotel indeed!

Staying 9 days at Elaf was a truly amazing experience for our family. We were very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff there, from the manager to the cleaning service and security. All very impressive to us. May God make it easy for us and our family to be able to stay at Elaf again, success for all of you. Warm hugs from our family.

The hotel clerk is friendly, prioritizing cleanliness, but the door opening card is often problematic.

Hotel ok. Cuma saiz bilik agak kecil dan ruang lift jg kecil tak sesuai untuk musim pandemik sekarang.

The staff is very helpful, the location is very strategic, even though when I check in I'm not ready, I have to wait. 10-15 minutes. Too bad to reach the elaf, Change the difficulty because the road is closed, so we have to stop about 109 meters, and walk to the elaf or enter the tunnel to intercept the vehicle. I think 5-star facilities are, too exaggerated.
