property was in a good location for food options and convenient for my husband and I to navigate. Staff and overall stay was good for price. One of our room service requests took 54 minutes to fulfill for them, and we got our food cold. Food is a hit or miss, but the sea bass entree with the coco-curry sauce at the Gastro 507 was good.

Loved so many things about hotel. Friendly front desk. Breakfast buffet had many options, dinner menu was good, cocktails are lovely, rooftop pool and bar are good. I got a massage at the hotel and it was amazing. I used the gym a few times and it was nice. My only negative, was that I never saw any cleaner at the gym or spray. I hope the hotel adds that one thing.

Great hotel for price! Spacious and clean rooms. Roof top pool and bar are excellent. Breakfast buffet was good value and had lots of variety.

I really like this hotel. It was so very close to many things, lots to do in walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like is there was no microwave in the room which was an inconvenience. Otherwise definitely a great place to stay. You won’t regret it.

I have to give the hotel staff a 5-star rating even though the physical condition of the place is below par. I originally stayed on the second floor facing the street and the level of noise was unbearable. In addition, there were broken tiles in the bathroom and damaged flooring boards in the room and doors that wouldn’t properly close. The next day I asked to move to another room and was offered a rear facing room on the 9th floor. The room was better but still with maintenance issues. The saving grace was the staff (restaurant, cleaning and maintenance). The restaurant food was very good, specially the breakfast. Not sure if I would recommend this hotel though!!!

Excellent hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. It's a very quiet, clean, and above all, safe place. This was my third time here, and this time I had the unpleasant experience of getting sick, so my husband called the front desk to request an ambulance. The staff on duty immediately arrived and escorted me to my room, where I was immediately assisted. Thank you to the hotel staff for their diligence. The cleaning staff was excellent, and the hotel's breakfast and dinner were very good. Thank you for everything.

I have stayed at the Tryp every time I come to Panama and each time is better. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, rooms are clean, bed are fantastic! The shower is warm enough to bathe. The restaurant is amazing. I only wished they had some music where you can enjoy a few drinks without having to leave the hotel.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the area, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our first stay was perfect, but this time we had some issues with the water not heating up (the sink and shower), and there was a lot of noise from people getting off and on the elevator. Overall, this is a great hotel and we will definitely be back.

The environment was clean, staff was friendly and it is very close to surrounding bars, restaurants and supermarkets. I hope this helps!

Double bookings, which in my case happened without my intention, were never checked by your sysyem nor recomfirmed. Your virtual agent said it will be cancelled during the chatting at the hotel checkin process, and it never appeared online. The hotel refused to cancel one of the two, knowing that I cannot sleep in teo rooms at the same time. I have been with Expedia for so long, but I will never do anything eith it and its affiliates. It is an utterly horrible treatment from an online company that says how it attempts to please loyal clients.
