How in the hell this place got 7 out of 10 stars on here blows my mind! It’s a 4 out of 10 at best! I booked this room due to it being the closest to the event location and having a jacuzzi bath with the best price, not to mention good reviews from what I could see and a good overall rating, well when we arrived at 3am exhausted after a day of travel and fun we had to wait at least 20 min to even be buzzed into the front door to check in, then I ask the man our room has a jacuzzi tub correct? And he says “oh no you didn’t pay for that room” online in every way it looked as if I had booked that room so it was disappointing to not receive it… he said it would be an additional 300$ to upgrade to that room… I decided and we climbed the stairs to our room which smelled very musty and the shower was broken… we go back down the stairs and tell the guy, he insists we where confused and didn’t know how to work the shower and climbed us back up the stairs to see for himself infact it was broken. They had no more rooms available with a king sized bed except a handicap room so we took it and the shower head would only go like 4foot tall max so we had to hold the shower head up to shower. The whole place smelled musty and we heard multiple people say there room smelled mildewed. The beds where terrible and rock hard. Anyway it was not at all what I expected or anticipated. And definitely not a 7 out of 10 experience

Staffs not friendly. Maybe it's just a cultural thing. The carpet my room is very dirty. I stayed two nights. Breakfast services is a joke. Pool and the surrounding area VERY dirty.

Customer service was nice I have a few complaints the room smelled really bad and the bathroom had mold i ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean

My stay at the hotel was not good at all after the first stay i had to check out of the room due to my sinus and allergies the carpet was dirty and the room was smokey i literally cough most of the night. And when i ask for a reimbursed on the remaining nights they said i would have to be reimbursed through expida,

It is near by the area i like. Shopping. Lounges. Food. Etc. However in a year ive witnessed a decline in the hotel room's care and cleanliness. This time it was heavily soiled/stained towels, large area of carpet that appeared to be replaced but was just failing the "let's make it look nice" test and the toilet had the "ive been cleaned" wrapper on it but i wiped away very visible dirt on the toilet seat. Staff is nice but that can't make up for the lack of care of the room that their guests stay in while in town.

The hotel is a three stars, but overall the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and straight to the point but not a 4 or 5 stars so don’t go there expecting to be at the Hilton. It is a good for a 3 stars. The bathroom is clean, shower works, be nice and they will be nice, that’s how life works. I was there for a couple weeks with my son, I don’t have any complain and I certainly did not go there to expect 4-5 stars service but you get what you give in return. What I cared about is that the room is clean and so is the bathroom. Don’t go there to pick on everything or stay at the Hilton end of story. They also have a breakfast that is the same everyday, cereals, juice, coffee, tea, waffles, bread, oatmeal, yogurt. They have a small gym and laundry workable with quarters which does the job when you stay for a couple weeks. (2.75/washer and dryer) I have no complaint, I think it’s pretty good for a three stars ⭐️

Breakfast sucked. What got me was card was deactivated at 9 a.m day of departure. Front desk activated it with no problem. I throught it was a mistake but other guest said theirs were deactivated also. Was told time change but that should of been fixed weeks ago.
