Great hotel and staff in a quiet town with local shops and restaurants,

I went for a workshop and for the workshop it was suitable

Everyone was great, but I must admit the lady at the night desk was especially nice and courteous. Had a great sense of humor and was very determined to make sure we good stay.

Everything was Ok, but not excellent. At the same time, I didn't expect more for that price. The manager at the reception was not very friendly with us.

Brilliant hotel in a very nice little town. We had two joining rooms which were brilliant. The kids were kept occupied with YouTube and Netflix on the TV. Kids also loved the free hot chocolate in the lobby and the breakfast was very good also.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, and well located close to the centre of Neheim. Plenty of parking was available.

The hotel was new. Last time I was in Arnsberg 2 years ago this hotel wasn't there and oh my god it was cheap. Couldn't believe what I paid for three nights. Usually this pricing level would make me nervous, and yes this hotel is not the height of luxury, but the quality did far exceed the price. Ok no bar and no restaurant, but plenty of public parking and a very large comfortable bed

Very good. Rooms are stylish and quite roomy. However they do need AC. In the hot summer months leaving the window open invites noise from the now busy street below. Breakfast is fine - quite limited and boring, but fine.

The room was very clean but rather small and odd. A bit shocking considering my friend paid for the exact same room and his was much much bigger than the walk in closet mine was. The toilet was in the shower as if it were a camper which I find disgusting and considering this was a resevation for 2, only one towel. I was thinking it was a hotel, not a hostel. The unforgiveable sin was no air conditioning. On the streetside of the building. No attempt to crack the windiws at least left the room boiling. Opened the windows fully to cool the room off but it had been baking all day so everything was saturated with heat. Upon bed time, it was still hot in the room so then I had to make a choice, keep the windows close to mitigate the street noise and sweat all night therefore not get a good nights sleep, or leave the window open so it was cool enough to sleep but get woken up by every roudy drunk, car or random sound echoing down the alley of buildings. I chose to keep the windows open bc it was soo hot. Either way, I didnt get a good full nights sleep beofre the TM event today and Im gonna pay for it. My friends room bc it was bigger cooled off much better. Mine remained hot. Next time...well, no never again.

Great hotel for our business meeting as close to were we had to go and great late check in

Overall a good place to stay, I will stay there again for this area. room is a little small if you have a longer stay, not much of anywhere to put your clothes. hard to sit at the desk as the night stand is in the way of the chair pulling out.

simple no frill, strict check-in time, even if I asked to pay extra for early check-in, the front desk girl just said no, room is not ready.

Einfacher Check in / Frühstück war Seim. Leider wurde nur sehr spät nachgelegt.

Guter Service. Ordentlicher Kaffee, Tee und Wasser immer verfügbar im Foyer.

Das Zimmer 204 liegt im ersten Stock zur Straße hin. Unter dem Fenster treffen sich die Raucher und die Straße ist gut befahren. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, wird es immer Sommer auf bei offenem Fenster ziemlich warm. Gut ist das Badezimmer, fürchterlich gespenstisch jedoch die Leuchtreklame, die aussen an der Fassade montiert ist.

Net hotel, ruime lobby met voor gasten gratis koffie/ thee.

Een prettig hotel met nette kamers en vriendelijk personeel. De ligging is een ideaal uitgangspunt voor het ondernemen van dagtochten. Daarnaast is de locatie van het hotel uitermate geschikt om 's avonds op loopafstand van het hotel te dineren of een terrasje te pikken. Het ontbijt in het hotel was prima, behoudens de aangeboden jus d'orange (vieze geur).
