It is a descent property for the price. There is nothing special about it. Good for a night or 2

Staff is great, always helpful. Place is clean and well located. Wish the beds were better.

No have water for two days, one day no have cold water, the lighbulb of the bathromm was burn, I requested for 7 times to different people in the hotel, nothing happen, I left and the light bulb no change. No have hand towel, Somebody opened our door at 6 am without knock. the breakfast is very bad.

Check in disaster - no room - walk to far from embassy hotel - hcom couldn’t get them to answer eventually found room when advised they will pay for transport and better hotel

Staff very responsible to expectations . Area extremely safely with police present.

I read the reviews, and was not sure about staying at this hotel. It was a nice surprise to find out that the room was nice , comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. I would stay there again.

Blu Inn is a serviceable hotel without many amenities. The airport shuttle does not exist, so do not both to ask. Even though the ad says it is available on request, I was not met at the airport at all and was told the morning of my trip to the airport to return they, they would not be able to provide it. Both times the requests were made in advance and confirmed. I would rather they told me up front they did not have a shuttle. The strange thing is, I saw the van at the hotel several different time. While I was there, they allowed a youth sports team and their sponsors to run wild in the hotel with shouting and random knocks on the door at any hour. I received little help from the hotel staff. The free breakfast is worth every penny you pay for it. Enough said. There is a good coffee house next door, Oma. Good coffee and pastries. When it came time to check out I was told I was being charged extra for a second key and they were not willing to provide a written description of services unless I paid the amount demanded. Not a style of business. I am used to. Overall, for the price, the room was clean and well maintained. They will call for a taxi on request. Otherwise minimal services. The price is fair. Be aware of what you will be getting in return for your money.

If you are going to Colferias is walking distance. Not far from airport either (15000 to20000 pesos)

I was there for about 10 minutes, they transferred us to another hotel because "they had problems with the room."

The hotel is located very convenient for business trips in Bogota. My room was a bit smelly though, like humid. But I could not tell if all rooms are like this. Staff very friendly.

Just getting in to the hotel from the airport with 3 bags the bellhop does not help you and just looks at you. Hotel is rather old inside with weird smelling carpet. I had the Balcony and was on the third floor and you can hear every car and horn. When leaving to do checkout they take too long and there is a very rude front desk person by the name of Ana Maria who has a very nasty and terrible attitude. I definitely will never stay here again and dont recommend it to anyone. For similar price plenty of othe hotels nearby in the Colferias and US embassy area.

Hotel is clean with updated rooms and free WiFi and breakfast. Transportation to the airport is provided for a reasonable fee. Located close to the University. Location is not close to any restaurants or shopping centers. However, taxi rides are inexpensive and a short taxi ride takes you to a major shopping center. The transmillenium bus route is within 5-10 min walking distance.

This hotel and therefore my reservation ( which you had confirmed ) did not exist - the hotel had changed name 2 months prior. They had no room but got me a reservation at a terrible hotel (same rate) You will have to Do Something to convince me to use your service again - arriving in a foreign land with no reservation can be dangerous as well as annoying

It was not the hotel´s fault but I had a room facing the Esperanza Avenue and it was so noisy that I never did get a good night´s sleep. I enjoyed having a balcony though with beautiful views and the location was perfect for my business trip to Corferias Convention Centre. The ladies attending the breakfast were very kind and attentive.

First time in Bogota, business. This Hotel is very convenient if you have a Show at the Corferias, it is a walking distance from the Expo buildings.

I liked the service, and accomodations were 2.5 stars honestly. I hated not having my own iron in my room... that meant I had to send my clothing out for ironing.... The breakfast was the same every day, but was good.
