The hotel was excellent. Primarily, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very responsive to any needs or requests. Took the time to help with whatever they could. The hotel and rooms were very clean.

Wonderful, the grand suite is spacious/clean and the staffs are professional and nice. Campinas doesnt have many options for foreigners like Sao Paulo does, but Vitoria Concept can easily be said that it meets the standard many of us are use to back home.

It was good! I recommend it.

People working front desk very smart and very knowledgeable especially Miguel help me during my time at hotel!

I’ve been staying here for many years. Vitoria Hotel is organized, clean and perfect for family or business trips.

Stayed here last year too and conveniently located near the best bars and restaurants in Campinas. The room is spacious, but we felt the bathroom was a little small. Breakfast buffet had a big variety. Overall great hotel.
