The hotel was lovely, very clean and well-supplied. We had the small suite which included a stovetop and full-sized fridge. We didn’t use this, but they had a lending area where you can get a crockpot, toaster oven, bbq tools and other things. The only drawback is that the beds were too hard.

Traveling through and had a great stay in the suite. It had everything we needed!

Was very nice and clean. We were very appreciative they let us check in early as we came for a concert and it’d be inconvenient to have to do that after. Cons: But I think they should plan for that in advance when big events are in town. Also the price was too high/expensive for 2nights. Esp with no free continental breakfast, pool, hot tub. And we have stayed at other places that were just as nice, and not this price for 2 nights.

I stay here every time I’m in town and I love every stay. Staff are always super kind, the rooms are clean and updated, and the overall experience is always top notch.

As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best kept hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. I did have to wait for the front desk attendant as he was doing laundry but he was super nice and apologized for the wait.

Called early morning we were to arrive and told elevator was out. Told staff would help with luggage. They did but initial staff small woman who could not lift the luggage. Told by staff that elevator had been out for several days. First room odorous so required room change. Stairwells filthy. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was good as was the lady overseeing it

My two night stay went very well. No unpleasent orders and no excessive noise. The one bed with Kitchener was perfect.

This hotel is super clean and staff is ver helpful and nice.
