Terribly expensive for what you get. All inclusive was a complete joke and a huge rip off!! We left a day early even though we paid for another night. Could not wait to leave. Food was less than average at best.

Great priperty brst kn Puert San Jose. Competitive pricing, clean areas throughout, great housekeeping amd staff. Great amenities all around with theatre, bar, pools and kiddie area and beach access.

The personnel is excellent. They are very polite and hospitable. The pool has mold all over. In general the pool shape really bad. It needs to be remodeled. The dinner buffet is horrible. It tasted like food I can make at home, not like the food a professional chef cooked, which a resort of this category should have. Very mediocre food. I’d give this place a 2.5 star resort, maybe a 3.0 star really pushing it. But never a 4 star like they preaume to be

Front desk very slow, it takes too long to check in and check out also very slow, front desk personal didn’t offer any promotions any deals, restaurant for lunch took almost an hour after ordering our food.

Excellent service. Love the food, the facilities. We had a great time!

The resort was really nice the swimming pool really nice too the food excellent . But l had some inconveniences with my booking. The customer service awful they give. Really hard time with the booking and breakfast included. They didn’t had the information in the computer and they refused to give me my breakfast included. Bad customer service the sheets in the bed were clean but the skirt look nasty . Ho edtly l will come back to that resort.

Our overall experience was great! We absolutely enjoyed the natural beauty of the property. We did not feel safe outside of the hotel area.

I was here 10 years ago and nothing has changed, so it all feels and looks so outdated. The rooms have outdated fans that sound like it's about to fall off, old beds, poor bathroom lighting, broken door handles, hard to open sliding door to patio, etc. The restaurant menu also outdated, food was just OKAY, they should add new dishes and desserts. Poolside bars were mostly closed, when opened they lacked water and ice. The servers were unfriendly, had to ask several times for drinks and always got an attitude or just ignored all together. I booked a massage, but the masseuse was a no show after waiting 15 minutes, 30mins to get a refund for that. I was then approached by one of their "club med" like sales person, said I would get a "free" room for a night in one of their hotels if I listened to their sales pitch for 20mins, which I did and they had me running around to get the "free" room voucher, which ended up not being "free". You actually have to pay $54 and it comes with several rules and regulations on how and when you get to use it making difficult for you to actually use. Needless to say, this was not a great visit to this resort, won't be coming back. I would recommend Oceana resort near the same area, much more modern, cleaner, friendly staff and great food and atmosphere.

Facilities are old and need to be updated. Beach was dirty, food choices are poor and need more mariscos in the menu. Resort is overpriced.
