Great location; the team other than one person (whom we spoke to the front agent manager about ) was wonderful and helpful and very welcoming. Parking was confusing as we thought we only had a valet option, so felt a little duped but they were very pleasant and helpful too.

Since we were there for SXSW, this was the perfect location. Literally right next to the convention center and just a couple blocks from 6th street. We just valet our vehicle when we check in and walked everywhere.

Great for the price! our room was really clean and comfy bed. GREAT location. walked to dinner and our comedy show.

Great place!

The pool was not really clean. Me and my daughter went to the pool and the first thing we ser was mucus floating in the pool, very gross. Other than that the place was awesome, perfect spot to be at.

Clean and great experience. Passed through on a road trip and stayed for the night. Bed was comfy and they accommodated a late checkout. Valet was great.

It was ok, but the heater was so loud in front of the bed, maybe it was just our room?

The staff were friendly and professional, accommodations were clean and new, bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were tight!

I loved everything (breakfast and room) but I felt like the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
