Nice place

Great place to stay. You actually get morw than you lay for in terms of the room and hotel. Night time room service menu is lacking. You can swim with your kids in the big pool, 5 years and younger need to go in a 15 inch deep pool. The cleaning service is good but there are some people from the staff that are not consitent with cleaning. Again if you dont care about the area this is a great budget friendly hotel.

Choosed because of location. The structure needs a renewal. Personnel nice but not always available for repair. The foulty fridge was changed promptly but the doors never fixed. The washing/dryer machine is not drying. The breakfast is one way. Same asian food testless. Cups and glasses not always. aavailable

We had stayed in the apartment which was great. The only issue was the kitchen which was kind of dysfunctional with very limited utensils & cutlery. Otherwise the rest of the apartment was good. The staff were courteous as well. Location is awesome.

Our stay at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair was quite enjoyable. The hotel staff was welcoming and informative, and the Residences Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were nice, but the experience felt a bit chaotic. All in all, the staff was really pleasant and accommodating. We were a family of five.

Our stay was excellent. Room was great with plenty of space. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was very nice but could do with extra staff to clean tables quicker.

I went there with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. Apartments were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Nice neighbour and mall below the hotel. For food a lot of choice.

Hotel was nice and clean

I had an excellent stay here. Very large apartment that was perfect for my family of 5. Apartment was very clean and we appreciated housekeeping every day. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

I had a great time at the Swiss Hotel in Dubai, Al Ghurair. The hotel was very nice, with excellent service and cleanliness. The only downside was the location, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We had a nice-sized apartment in the Swissotel Living Apartments and generally enjoyed our 4 night stay. However, kitchen could have been better stocked with dishtowel washtowel dish detergent and dishwasher soap. Contrary to all of our numerous apt living stays in cities, none of these were provided; we requested and did not receive. We could not wash our dishes unless we went and purchased those supplies, which we did not. We left our used dishes in the sink. Also, the clothes dryer was very inefficient. Breakfast buffet was very nice with wide selection of foods which was all very good. However, they ran out of plates coffee cups and napkins at peak times. Mehdi, one of the breakfast buffet attendants was excellent as was Navendra at the Ground Level Attendants Desk for helpful transportation information. We were on the 19th Apartment Level. Noisy basketball courts on roof of adjacent building at around the 12th level. Whistles and loudspeakers from around 7:00 pm until after 10:30. Made evening balcony time not as relaxing as desired. Also, Internet service on the balcony was inconsistent. Restaurant choices in the area very limited and on-site all-day dining provides dinner buffet only. When wanting something light for dinner, the lobby lounge had a menu with some sandwiches, salads and power bowls, which was fine with us, but selection might be limited for some. Based on our experience, our stay was not up to the 5-star rating.

My stay at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair was exceptional. The spacious, well-equipped apartments, warm hospitality, and convenient mall access made it a seamless experience. The location is ideal, with easy metro access and great dining options. The breakfast was delightful, and the pool & wellness facilities offered a perfect retreat. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel provides comfort, luxury, and convenience. Highly recommended!

We're not happy with the property because we've been experiencing strong toilet-like smell in the apartment throughout our stay. We've complained to the manager, but nothing has been done.

Hotel was nice but surrounding areas within walking distance were not as nice.

Have stayed at this property many times and they have made it comfortable for me. Ms Fatouma and Ms Wellington at the reception were excellent and helped out in every possible way. The breakfast buffet was good but the staff were struggling as it was very crowded and they were having a hard time keeping up even though they were working hard. There is another problem at the breakfast buffet restaurant where they have an open area outside and people were going in and out and the door didn’t close which affected the air conditioning system so it was very hot inside the restaurant as the door was left open. I did inform the restaurant manager but he said unfortunately there was nothing that he could do. Some times people forget that a customers pay for a a pleasant service to be comfortable and it’s important to make the guests comfortable to keep coming back.

Lovely hotel

Excellent property. Did surprise me how specious unit was. Very comfortable. I needed to do early check in and contacted Manager Mustafa and he managed to make unit available for me. He was very friendly and Mustafa gave his mobile no to communicate with me. Too guy.
