The room is small but comfortable, only the mattress is a bit hard, the hotel atmosphere is quiet so it is comfortable to stay in

Absolutely enjoyable to stay in Ramada. At first, i was skeptical because there were lots of bad reviews about it. But eventually, everything went smooth with me during my stay in HK. - No deposit - Near Jordan station, about 5 min walk - Room quite spacious for me and very clean, but note that it was not sound proof though - Bathroom little small but clean, there was no bidet though - Friendly staffs If there is one thing that bothered me, that is the wifi signal was bad.

The view from the room is great, directly overlooking the city. Although check-in was a bit complicated, the staff were very helpful.

Old hotel, in need of renovation. The bed/room design is different from the picture when booking, the bathroom is very small and has curtains, which is probably why there are no pictures of the bathroom.

The outside of the hotel is good, but the room kinda old and small. I dont really bother by the size since we travel light 2 persons only in a room the price the hotel is cheap. But I wish they can do a bit of renovation of the wallpaper, the headrest and the carpet and do more attention of the cleanliness

The area is good. There's a lot of restaurants nearby, but what we don't like is the amenities itself. The bed and pillow is not comfortable for sleeping in, they don't clean the room properly, but they change towels everyday which is good. Sorry, but I will not book this hotel again.

Perfect location in Tsim Sha Sui . Near to Sevel and DS grocery. In walking distance to Park and Victoria Harbour.

The room is clean and the location of the hotel is quite near to the MTR station of East Tsim Sha Tsui. My room is cleaned everyday.

1. The room was smelly, the smell of mold was everywhere, even the lobby, reception desk, and elevator had a pretty unpleasant smell! 2. The food was bad, inedible, and it felt rude to leave it on the table, so I intended to bring it back to my room to throw away, but the waiter thought I wanted to take it out to eat more, even the pepper and salt jars, I don't know how many years they haven't changed or added them, Same table position, sat for 2 consecutive mornings, but when I needed to use the pepper and salt, the jars were empty, I took the pepper jar from the table next to me to use, oh my gosh, it smelled moldy, probably the pepper had expired! 3. The attitude of the breakfast waiter was unfriendly and quite unpleasant, the night receptionist was also not very welcoming to guests. This morning I could only eat bread and white porridge!

The location is quite strategic, about 5 minutes to MTR Jordan, near Sevel and DS snack shop to find souvenirs. The staff are also friendly and can speak English (because in HK many locals don't speak English well)

Getting off the A21 bus from the airport is a bit far, walking distance, standard rooms are small, Wi-Fi on the upper floors is poor.

The room size is just right, it's not big but it's comfortable enough and most importantly it's clean and just a short walk from TST.

The location is quite strategic, but the hotel is quite far from public transportation (MTR and Bus), there are many mini markets and several cafes/restaurants around the hotel, the rooms are indeed small, but still ok, the conclusion is that it is still recommended, I give it a score of 7 out of 10
