It was a promotional fraud. The pictures shown in promoting the package do not reflect the reality of the resort. The package was purchased based in the picture of the beach club pool and access to the beach. You all fail to specify that there's 2 buildings in the resort. Very disappointed, there's no words to explain.

Every one is very friendly and good drinks

The staff was helpful and friendly, the pool and gardens are beautiful. They share a beach club with another resort so you have to be aware of shuttle times. The food was fairly good, buffet so not always hot. We saw a great show.

Great hotel! Very friendly and caring staff, especially toward children. We loved the pool and our room was very comfortable. We loved that we could visit the pool and beach next at their sister hotel Niru! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a warm, laid back and family atmosphere. Just bring lots of bug repellent because the mosquitos are very much out to get you! PS we highly recommend the 7 bahias tour, the Cascadas (waterfall) tour, and definitely check out playa la Entrega! It’s very close to the hotel, about a 15 minute drive in a taxi.

This is by far one of the worst properties I have stayed at. If you want to take a trip back in time this hotel is for you. There have been no updates made to this hotel since the 1980s. The food at this hotel is inedible, some of the worst I’ve had. The property also did not state the pool was out of service. Please do not be fooled by the pictures provided to Expedia by hotel. The beach club is nowhere near the hotel. For the price we paid definitely not worth it. The only positive were the public beaches, where we were able to obtain good food at local eateries.

Terrible Stay never again from front desk to the sad food they served . Didn’t let me know pool would be out the wall over my room entrance was falling down , AC didn’t work well I was always hot Food was always the same #hit with those worm flys over it leaving there worms Whole trip was a waste

I just loved the shows every night at 9 pm and every day was a different theme of shows not only Mexican but from all the world. I will definitely will be back to this hotel

The housekeeping staff covered all the bases but missed on some of the minor stuff like refilling the minibar and water jar.

Every year I visit Huatulco and Binniguenda is always the best option by far. Its a beautiful hotel, win a beautiful bay with great staff and great food,

I misunderstood that hotel have beach view, it was kind a disapo

This resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the beach in Santa Cruz. As well, frequent shuttles are available to the Nirú Beach Club. All the staff at both locations are excellent. Highly recommend as a stay for couples or families. Lots of happy children in the pools!

Really enjoyed our experience. We will be going back again

Shower and curtain made ALL the water come out, leaving a soaking wet, dangerous bathroom floor. Food was just ok. There's a party bus that comes by every night every hour, make sure to request a room that doesn't face the front of the property or you won't get any rest. Club was amazing. Staff was exceptional. These two things make everything else worth it.
