Acess corridor to hotel rooms is very hot with no air-conditioning. View to ocean is a bit limited. Great staff. Great breakfast. Doble wash basins in bedroom very helpful.

Good location, dining options around and well priced but sound insulation is average

King key hotel, once you get over the name this large hotel is good value for money. Breakfast was pretty good with some western options. The bar wasn’t open which was a bit disappointing.

The rooms at the Kingkey are very nice. I had a seaside room with a balcony that faced the water. It was spacious and lovely. The Japanese restaurant inside is delicious and affordable. It’s pretty close to the beach. But the rest of the hotel was just...okay. The pool has a strange set up where you have to cross the parking lot to get into it (and it was quite small). There isn’t a cafe where you can get coffee during the day (and room service coffee is extremely expensive). And when I attempted to find the bar and KTV room at night around 10, everything was closed. So...it’s fine, as long as you don’t need a lot of amenities for your stay.

The Hotel services including the frontdesk, restaurants and the swimming pool were good with friendly and helpful staff. The one thing I did not like at all was the mold smell in the room, even keeping the window open it wouldn't disappear. Nevertheless the room was clean and tidy.

Property location shown on Orbitz is incorrect. In fact the hotel located in the middle of nowhere, with no transportation options nearby besides taxi.

Really nice hotel, we stayed in A block with sea facing view. They upgraded our room for free, the reception desk was really helpful and they’re really nice people. We found a few stains on the counters and they put us in a smoking room or smoking floor with a baby, which was very annoying - the room stank of smoke and neighbours blew smoke into the room which made me angry as a father of a young child although that shouldn’t be enough to discount the hotel’s review score and all the other ways they tried to make us feel welcome. I’d recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Kingkey. The scenery outside our suite was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a brand name shopping outlet close by and it is very scenic for a walk in the evening.

This place is just amazing. The room and view and location are all amazing. The breakfast was seriously the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Get it if get the option.

Very convenient location, 10 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk from the outlet malls. Front desk service is a bit slow though when checking out.

New hotel located steps from beach with grand lobby. Rooms are clean and luxurious. Bathroom has a huge ultra modern tub/shower combo with a bench where a whole family can fit inside and shower at same time. Towels and bathrobes have high thread counts and comfortable. Balcony has georgeous ocean view. During summer, there’s a free shuttle to the neighoring sister hotel Sheraton Dameisha to use its private beach. Hotel’s own indoor pool is beautiful and nice to relax in. The included buffet breakfast was a feast with both western and Chinese selections, including hot dishes, cold cuts, delicate dim sum and other delicacies.

I arranged for non smoking room, which I arrived on time but they could not arrange it. They insisted they would clean up for the room so no smell inside, but that is not the case apparently. The room is not soundproofed. For the pros side, breakfast is good.

Good in Hardware, software is bad. If you are foregner, this is a not good hotel for you

Was here for business 3 years ago and decided to come back for a getaway with my wife this weekend. That was a mistake, should have booked the Sheraton instead. The only English speaking staff is behind the main desk, the rooms smell, a maintenance guy entered our room un-announced, waterfall shower not working, carpet and bedding dirty, wash basin not draining, young kid peeing on the terras at the pool while his father was playing with his remote controlled speedboat in the pool and the life guards not saying anything, noise at night from neighbouring disco etc etc. Seriously run down and surely not worth 4 stars.

The service here is terrible. There is something wrong with the communication between the website and this hotel. Room service is terrible!
