Great property location! Right on the beach! Easy walk to stores, restaurants and market. They are having issues with their AC. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue since the weather is lovely, but being on the second floor there was a wrap around terrace that anyone could ask so i did not feel comfortable leaving the window open as a solo female traveler

Great location, good restaurants and beaches nearby, good hotel with amenities, good food, clean and comfortable.

The staff are very lovely and accommodating. But the hotel is outdated old fashion. The sunroof top terrace was not open even though advertised.. the jacuzzi was broken and to book a massage took 4days.. the services that were offered were not available as advertised. Or intermittent service. No staff on the bar had to ask and wait for drinks for more than 10-30 minutes. I feel for the rating and what was offered I’ve been done a disservice and would like to have my money refunded due to false advertising and lack of services..

The booking said it the property had a jacuzzi When we got there we were told they were not working Both of them Surprising

Great place, clean, location is outstanding. Could use some additional help, specially in the bar and restaurant , a bit understaffed.

This hotel is a great choice if you are visiting or planning to visit Fatima and Nazare. Only 25 minutes to Nazare and 45 minutes to Fatima. The hotel is clean, staff was super nice. Our room was spacious, facing the ocean which was a few steps from our door, breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location and Hotel

Right on the ocean and beaches close by. Came in the off-season, so very little open in this town at night.

Terrific location at a really good price. Very nice and helpful staff. We look forward to a return trip.

Very pleasant stay. Clean and tidy with good service

The hotel is certified Clean and safe. They took our temps on check in. We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 different times. Granted, post Covid. But it lacks feeling. Its like staying in an abandoned house. The staff barely speak to you. You leave feeling like your stay didn't matter to them I’ve been checked in to hospitals with more feeling. They could take it or leave it. No eye contact. ‘Sign here’. Like they would bill mu Medical insurance for my stay instead of my credit card. Without the views/location we would not stay here again.
