Big bed and space for two people

Overall okay, cm 1 is lacking, the sheets are rarely changed, the mattress is too thin and cm 2.. the mattress is too small but okay because the sheets are rarely changed so they itch.. but okleaah hopefully I can come back again..

Excellent location, nice staff

Had been staying in various hotels in different cities in Japan and this hotel front desk staff (forgotten to take down his name) was super unhelpful at all and didn’t offer any assistance when I enquired about the attractions and required some assistance. Hotel is really dated. But excellent location though. Unfortunately, I only realised that my luggage strap went missing mysteriously from my room, when I checked out on 22 Nov 5am - again it’s the same super unhelpful staff - tried asking if housekeeping might have it and needed him to check, again he gave me a straight NO upfront, without even doing any checking. Hotel management please look into this. This is not how I remembered Japanese behaving in this manner.

Location in the middle of down town.

Clean rooms with complete facilities.

Service mind is not perfect. It is not clean enouge on the pubic area.

A lot of snow the hotel didn't clear it. So it is very hard to carry the language and drop off people even car.

Well, everything except the female staff in front of Von does not allow parking. Normally, it can be parked for no more than 2-3 hours. We don't understand why it ' s not allowed to park. It ' s usually parked. The staff in front of the female font speaks and pulls the face. We don't like this.

The hotel is old and needs refurbish.

The hotel is near Odori subway, very accessible. The hotel is a bit old. There’s a free coffee or tea in the reception.

Location is great. Near to shopping street and airport bus stop. Room is clean. The only thing I hate is that they only give 1 room key.

The room was spacious, clean but bath room seems too small with the compact model. Love this hotel enough cause close to many interesting areas. just simply the best
