Staff always really helpful

Staff all very helpful & clean room. Lovely setting but being November, we didn't see it at it's best! Excellent breakfast - lots of choice. Fresh fruit & yoghurt, croissants, full english etc Bistro food menu is basically pub grub. Food was well prepared & served. It's a shame that the restaurant isn't open to ordinary residents. It is only open to conferences, meetings etc

Staff were brilliant. Great stopover location and hotel for Birmingham. Rooms are a little dates but super clean. All you need for one night.

Helpful and pleasant staff. As breakfast was at 7:30am staff offered a packed lunch which was a perfect alternative. Quiet surroundings.

Lovely grounds to this hotel. Hidden away so nice and quiet. Room was a bit tired looking. Breakfast was delicious, great for a night away

I stayed in the family room it was ok but the shower was very very small and shower head very very small the hotel could of done better
