We had a great stay at the On On Hotel. Perfect place if you are in Phuket Old Town for a few days. Staff is very friendly, rooms are good and so is the location and the service. We really enjoyed it. Thank you!

no breakfast But there are snacks. I'd like to have a simple breakfast. The bamboo curtain wall should be removed. Leave it open and look much more spacious. Put up a sign saying it's only for school guests to keep outsiders out.

Beautiful, good location, in front of the Sunday walking street, in the heart of the old city, many photo spots, beautiful room, clean, lovely and friendly staff. Overall, excellent. Highly recommended. From a Chiang Mai girl.

Staying in this hotel to experience ITSAY series vibe but my stay turned put to be super fun and pleasant! The room is comfortable and the hotel vibe is just amazing. I also love the local complementary snacks provided. Will surely stay here again for my next phuket visit.

There are a lot of insects in the room. The bathroom smells, the furniture, the knobs are all broken, only the location is good.

There is no place to put luggage on the floor. The bathroom also has mold stains.

The hotel is very beautiful, decorated in the old city style. At the price that is reached, there are Welcome Drinks and coconut milk candies. Welcome at check-in. There is a dessert kitchen for free from 7.00-22.00 hrs. Very impressed here.
