The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our changing needs. The outdoor space is very inviting for an evening glass of wine or a lounge in the sun.

Nice and cozy place in one of the most beautiful parts of Belgrade.

The property was good value with helpful, friendly staff. The location was good as there was a nearby bus stop and getting to central Belgrade was simple.

Very unique place showing Serbian heritage, probably best location in Belgrade if you like quiet and still very close to city center.

We booked a suit with two king beds, but it appeared no suit was available and they put us in a different rooms in the basement with mold smelling! I asked for other rooms, according our reservation, but nothing happened. The breakfast was poor and very moderate in a very tiny and not comfortable place called a 'restaurant'. Everything in the hotel is exhausted, the carpets are terrible and smelling, the bathrooms awful. We had a really bad experience.

Short two day stay. Move to this hotel and excelent facilities and cleanliness was a welcome after booking a very poor previous hotel

Great quiet place. a short taxi ride into town. very nice area.

The hotel was very clean and in a very safe neighborhood. There are only 13 rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. Nice staff. The only things I would improve upon would be the lighting in the bathroom.

The hotel is located in a really nice area of town. It's far from the center though, really far. So no walking possible. But, taxis are REALLY cheap and there's a bus -44- available (service not very good and stops at 10pm). The hotel is ok, that's all I can say. Not bad, not good. The service was "moyen"... the workers were sometimes helpful (calling cabs, etc) but other times they just wouldn't care. For example, the internet wasn't working and they had no interest in fixing it: " it's a sunday, I can't call anyone". Finally the noise... You can hear EVERYTHING from your room... Besides those problems, the room was very clean and breakfast was nice. In conclusion, the hotel was meh...

-Ideal location for what we wanted - Partizan Belgrade FC. Staff were brilliant, very helpful and pleasant and they met all of our groups. The rooms were clean, and well laid out but lacked a little space. An added extra were the cats that were on display! Breakfast was fine and well presented. On the whole this hotel was excellent value and a very nice place to stay.

just have on mind that everything what is on the table, snacks, u will be charged as mini bar. I don't think that's ok because guests have to have few snacks that are included in price. everything else was great

My stay was good as usual, however for the benefit of other travelers, I would highlight some wrong information given on Hotels.com website! It says in the "Guestrooms" section:- Guestrooms. Hotels.com says, All accommodations provide complimentary newspapers and phones. - This is not correct however mobile phones are provided for guests with a small fee of 1 EUR per stay. Guest will then need to re-charge the calling credits! Hotels.com says, All units feature minibars, coffee/tea makers, and complimentary bottled water. - This is partially correct! All units have minibars, but no coffee/tea makers and no complimentary bottled water! However guests can get hot/cold water from the common unit at the restaurant. Hope this helps. Thanks

This hotel is far away from town center but staffs are very helpful, in general this is a good experience.

I am on business, and have been staying here for several weeks because I like the hotel. Excellent WiFi connection for business users. Very silent area, excellent staff, willing to hear from you. Though I am satisfied overall with the hotel and service, the following points may help other travelers. 1. No telephone in room, 2. No kettle in room, 3. Ground floor rooms has only shower. I have not stayed in top floors, so do not know if they have bath, 4. Maybe a 3 star hotel, NOT a 4 star as listed

I love staying in Vila Mystique. Very friendly staff, a good night's sleep. No sound or air pollution of the city but not too far from Belgrade city. I cannot rate it as a 4 Star hotel. Probably its a 3 Star, because no telephone in room, no kettle for making coffee in room. however these two are really not necessary as far as I am concerned as the hotel itself is like a big residence/private house and not like a hotel. The reception is very near, and always I could get hot water to make coffee from the kitchen.

Great hotel. Excellent location if you like a calm area. More like a homely feeling. Very good hospitality by the staff. They all speak English and very helpful. This is my second trip and I would definitely stay again. Bus 44 is 10 to 12 minutes walk away, which takes you to city center in 15 minutes.

I stayed there for 12 nights in a row. Good hotel, very friendly staff. Good wiFi connection, except for rooms in the basement. Safe and clean neighborhood. Very silent at night. 10 minutes walk and u find supermarket, and a good restaurant The only two disadvantages are: 1. Depend of taxi to go to city center, but its not that expensive (500 to 600 RSD). If you walk for 15 minutes, you find bus #44, but you may have to stand there for 20 minutes before you get one! Secondly, none of the rooms have big mirror, we have to be satisfied with the small ones in the bathroom above the wash basin. So women may not find it good!
