Beautiful and spacious resort, nice hilltop rooms, bad view around the room. Friendly staff, attentive electric car service. Food is okay, good room combo price, but restaurant price is too expensive. Few check-in spots and not nice.

The facilities in the villa are old. The air conditioner is very hot, my family could not sleep all night (we reported it to the housekeeping staff, the technician checked it but it did not help). The toilet did not flush (we reported it, they fixed it but it did not help). The receptionist was not friendly and enthusiastic (female staff).

I have a wonderful stay in Flamingo Dai Lai. There are many services included here, the staff is friendly. However, when checking in, there was a problem between the online agent and Flamingo Dai Lai when they did not receive my book information, making the check-in take a long time.

Nice room, ok service, cool resort quality. Great breakfast buffet. Only when checking in, sometimes there are few staff, so wait a bit longer, especially when waiting to check in for groups.

When we arrived at the gate, the reception desk did not have our reservation information, even though I had paid in full 1 week in advance, I had to wait 15-20 minutes, I don't know how to confirm the information we booked. . And the experiences during the vacation in Flamingo are great. Thank you!

The landscape is beautiful, but the resort does not turn on hot water in the swimming pool so it is impossible to swim in the autumn and winter weather - 1 minus point is quite a pity. Due to the late autumn-early period, many families with young children want to find a vacation spot with hot water. Everyone thinks the resort has a 4-season swimming pool, but in fact, it is not. Pathetic service at Flamingo Dai Lai resort. I ordered food to my room at 7:45 pm and was told by the reception that it will be delivered at 8:45 pm. Waited till 9:50 pm food not received and I was asked they will start preparing then and will be delivered in 30 min. Totally unsatisfied experience.

waiters at a bamboo restaurant serve superficially but when calculating the charge, the% of the waitress tax is calculated. first met in Vietnam with a tax calculation of up to 15%. Everything else is fine. Nice hotel, clean room, support staff ok.

Large room, nice, enough kitchen, dining table, microwave, living room, bedroom, large bathroom. Breakfast is not very diverse, not the same as the last time I went. The staff at the movie theater were uncomfortable so I was not very well
