Navajo ladies needs to be more friendly especially at the place where you get your players' club card. When I got mine, the lady who processed my card just left the card on the counter & walked away without saying anything. That was very bad.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in. The staff was amazing, the rooms were large and very clean. Having covered valet was fantastic!

My family has stayed here a few times now and will be staying here much more often when we are driving through. I have and will continue to recommend it.

Hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Even had a air purifier in the room. Large walk-in shower and comfortable beds. Quiet rooms unlike many Casino hotels. Front desk associate was friendly and gave great information and suggestions. Will definitely plan to stay again even though we don't a particular draw to the Casino.

The AC wouldn't cool the room down past 72 despite being on and running for the entire stay. Made for a sticky uncomfortable stay

We love staying at Twin Arrows. The rooms are super nice and affordable! The restaurants and sports bar are all nice. There is a good variety of slots and the tables are great. The only thing I wish was different was the hours the table games and coffee bar are open. But I totally understand the reasoning.

Nice room…extremely quiet and clean. Casino was nice. Food options were nice too. Beds kind of hard, but not horrible.

We stay here a couple of times a year, the rooms are very nice, and very clean. The beds are so comfortable. Their restaurants serve very good food, and the staff are awesome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Only negative was the poor service and stale beer at the Sports Bar!

The hotel is great. The restaurants are limited to bar food, expensive steakhouse or overpriced buffet for dinner. The slots are tight. You won’t win here but the bed is really nice.

Twin Arrows was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in plus all the employees were nice and helpful when needed. They all made you feel welcome. The Zenith steakhouse food was amazing I could cut the Filet Minong with a fork and the salmon was delicious. The concert venue was nice also. We will definitely be going back.
