My rating is focused on the hotel's location. The property is ideally situated directly across from a large shopping mall. The charming Old Town is accessible via a leisurely 10-minute walk. During my four-night stay, I consistently observed many people on the streets, including on a Monday evening. The castle is within walking distance, and the picturesque route features numerous churches. The surrounding area boasts a diverse range of exceptional dining establishments, bars, clubs, museums, and other entertainment options. Although the hotel experienced technical issues with the gym, they graciously offered to schedule an appointment for me if needed. Instead, I elected to practice yoga in my room. Traveling to the airport is a significant benefit, with transportation costing approximately $7. To access the airport, simply enter the nearest mall entrance across the street from the hotel, take the escalator down, and follow the signs; the walk is very short. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenience

Right across the street from the train station, so very convenient if travelling by train. We arrived to Krakow very late and were very happy to just walk across the street and get checked in to our room quickly. Room was not large, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow.

The breakfast was good and had a good number of options. Staff was friendly. Location next to Centralna and a 10 minute walk from Stare Miastro was excellent.

Parking facility very small, hard to park and VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE

Attitude of Staff and customer service is obviously something that is not important in Krakow!

It is well located, in front of the mall. It was a bit noizy at night on the 1st floor, because of the trains. Excellent service and facility.

Great hotel next to the train station

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and liked my modern and clean room. It is true that the rooms are a bit noisy because the hotel is right next to the main train station and you can hear and feel the trains go past. Maybe this was more noticeable in my room because it was on the first floor. The noise insulation inside the hotel also isn’t the best (I heard my neighbours quite well) but this didn’t bother me too much as I only stayed 2 nights. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location close to the train station, a big shopping centre, and the old town which is easily reachable on foot. There are good public transport links as well with bus and tram stops nearby.

A modern property with an excellent location, a short walk to the old town, right across from the main train station and tram access, yet very quiet save some minor rumble from the trains. The room was small, but very nice, staff was helpful and nice, and it was an excellent value for the cost.

Brilliant boutique hotel, close to the city, with superb rooms, great breakfast and first class staff. Recommended.
