The Serotel Suite is a lovely place; modern, safe and with friendly staff. This appartment style hotel is perfect for longer stay, or to travel with the whole family. There was a couple things not working properly in the room; lightning under the cabinet, shower drain not draining properly... all of which have been reported, but couldn't not be fixed during our stay. We would definitively consider staying there again on our future travels to Paris :-)

Good set up with separate sleeping areas for 3 people .Property very clean. Worktop damaged in apartment the only flaw. Very clean and daily cleaning excellent. Friendly staff. Arrived late and self check in was difficult until we realised the code provided was for the unlit lower screen not the obvious one above that was lit.Enjoyed our stay.

Very close to a metro station - easy to access all areas of Paris. Plenty of restaurants & food choices for meals.

Great place

We've had lovely stay even just for 1 night. The hotel was fantastic, cozy and clean. The sraff were lovely and welcoming.The amenities of the apartment including kitchen were top notch. It's very convenient location, very close to Metro and it's only 10 min to Gare du Nord station. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful staff.

We really liked the size and layout of the room, but the water heater is small and with that it was hard to get three showers in. Some people may have issue with a few older or broken things, but we realize stuff gets worn out. Comfort is what is important. Also, on the listing it said there were a clothes washer available but there was only a laundromat around the corner, which we were not up for using.

Kitchenette with little fridge was very useful, a grocery store conveniently located right beside hotel, a metro stop steps away, a great pizzeria across the street. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. Expect some noise from the street if your room has windows facing the street.

Great hotel with awesome staff. The folks at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities you need. Overall, a great place to stay with lots of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants near by / walking distance. Also close to metro. Would definitely stay here again. Again, great staff!

The only bright side were Madja and Niro. The other staff members I encountered were neither helpful nor accommodating. One staff did not or pretended not to speak English to avoid resolving an issue. Cleaning lady was good until the last day when she forgot her yellow gloves for cleaning the bathroom and was placed on top of my wife's hand carry bag. Disgusting.

The hotel was perfect for my family. It was close to a lot of attractions and to metro stations. The staff was really nice and attentive.

I was visiting with two young children from America. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the convenient location. There was a mini supermarket next door and many good restaurants along the street. It was very close to two subway stops; if you follow the street, there is a mall. I also enjoyed having a living area because the kids and I were not always in each other's space.

Charming and comfortable well located hotel

Brilliant location in really vibrant area - lots of cafes, bakeries, little bars. Really friendly reception staff. Plenty of space in our suite and mostly clean though carpet grubby in kitchen and the whole place smelled of smoke and/or air freshener. Suite very comfortable - great beds and sofa bed. Parts of it quite tired, such as the kitchen worktop and cabinet door edging which are cracked, warped and falling off. Description of premium suite on website slightly misleading - it says bedroom opens up on to interior courtyard. Ours didn’t as it was on the fourth floor, I think they meant it overlooked it. Grocery shop next door is handy but run by a very grumpy man who likes to shout at his customers and staff. Altogether we had a great time and enjoyed our stay but disappointed the suite wasn’t in better condition.

Very quiet apartment close to restaurants, metro, and a grocery store right next door! Very safe with kind and helpful front desk at street entrance available 24 hrs. My daughters and I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

Dreadful from the minute I arrived. The room did not have any of the facilities advertised. The room felt as if it was in a store cupboard with piles of crates of empty bottles outside the door. Every time someone else in the property used water it ran down the pipes so loud I thought there was a leak with water gushing into the room. The room was in the ground floor overlooking the small courtyard so anyone out there you could hear talking. You couldn’t open the window or all their smoke would come into the room. Despite numerous emails from myself and Expedia the property has refused to engage with although whilst I was promised a refund for my complaint. Do NOT book here you will be disappointed
